Windows Replacement in Richmond Hill
They did absolute fantastic installation. very good looking, quality product. I chose this company after informative consultation with Alex Davidovitch. installation is done by Geno who installed them clean, fast and accurate.

Windows replacement in my rental property
I had a business with Canadian choice before in Toronto. Now I hire them to finish the project at my rental property in Calgary. Sales representative who was assigned to the job was Dainis. He did everything perfectly. He contact my tenants, took all the measurements paper quote for me and schedule the installation. I got the best price compare to the other quotes. Extremely happy with the company and looking forward to have a business again.

Windows and doors
Great service. Every single question I asked ,Dainis (our Sales rep) gave me the answer. very professionally and friendly. timing was perfect even faster than it was promised. Installers were very pollite, professional and clean. When Dainis came and ask me to write review i was moret han happy to do that and will recommend companny to every one.

Bedroom windows Installed
Olga Thanks for all your help. Service was amazing and install was as well. We love our new windows and when we need to have our main level windows replaced we will be using Canadian Choice here in Calgary. :)

When we thought it's a good time for such a big renovation,we had three companies to give us the estimate. The best presentation of their product and unbeatable price we received from Canadian Choice Windows

Excelent costumer service. Delivery eas fast than we expected. Clean and fast instalation. We are ever so happy .For sure we will recomend it. Not over Priced was fair and quality product.

Replacement of front and rear external doors
These guys are the most unprofessional group I've ever encountered! First, the salesman Bob, who took my order, obviously didn't write anything down. When the installers came, the backdoor wasn't the one I had ordered (too late, they had already destroyed my original door so slapped up the one they brought as a temporary fix) & the front door was 5" too narrow & couldn't be installed at all. My 6 week wait turned out to be more than 3 months. I had to keep calling these guys to find out what was going on. Finally, I'm told my doors would be ready and the salesman would call me to make another install date. Oh, he called alright. He wanted to know if I would keep the wrong back door as "he already had to eat it on this project". So much for my doors being ready! Then he said "c'mon, they manufacture the doors here and it only takes 2 hours to make a door." When I asked why I had had to wait over 3 months, he just agreed to bring me what I had ordered. Really?! I finally have my doors and they are just as drafty as the 30 year old doors they replaced, the border molding has gaps in it, they caulked in wood chips from my previous doors with clear caulking and I have live wires hanging out of both doorways where my doorbells used to be! I specifically expressed to the salesman how badly I needed the screen door reinstalled as I have no opening windows in the front of my house..."No problem". The installer said it wouldn't fit and hauled it away. The installer also scratched the front door (black, as per salesman's suggestion) & then tried to touch it up. My first guest noticed this right away. I don't know how long these guys have been in business, but if they keep this up it won't be for much longer! I am absolutely sure all the high praise reviews were written by them!

House window replacement (10 windows incl. Bay)
After reading all of the great reviews online, I decided to call and get a quote. Phil came to our house and was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed his comments and he did not try to up-sell. He showed us pictures of retrofit windows (his recommendation) and we decided to get the windows and were happy with the price. Everybody was on time and courteous. Our issues came when the installation happened. They cancelled 2 days prior so we rescheduled to the next 2 days. This was a bit of a headache to get off work for these dates but not a major issue. The windows were installed in 2 days, 1 day inside, 1 day outside. After day 1 we noticed a lot of damage to the frames and we were told by the installer we would have to fix ourselves. The new windows left a lot of cracks and holes from old hinges. When the installers left, we noticed a lot of metal scraps outside, including broken glass, shards of metal and large pieces of old frame. The inside was not thoroughly cleaned as well. We emailed Phil the next day and he came out. He basically said that the installers did a great job and went beyond what they were supposed to because they added some trim. We received a small reimbursement for the confusion. There was no mention beforehand that we would have to scrap, sand, caulk and paint every window frame. It took over ten hours to do. I will say that the windows themselves have performed well with the cold weather. We're just unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism of the installers and not being upfront with us that there would need to be this much work afterward.

New windows and doors
Canadian choice windows and doors installed all new windows and doors for us. Our sales person Phil was great to work with and the installers Igot and Anthony did exceptional work. We're very happy with the finished product and immediately noticed how much warmer hour house was.
