I had my four windows replaced on Sep /15. I also ordered a storm door and five window screens for my old windows. At the end of day, the guy could not put those window screens in because they were not fit at all. The guy complained that my house was too old, why not replaced all the window instead? The guy said they will come back next day or next week to fix my window screens. I found the storm door could not closed completely. I called the sales woman Bonnie right away. Nobody come or call since they got the check. I called and left messages to the company multiple times, finally a manager Simon called me once asked what happen. He said he would call me back after he talked to Bonnie first, but he never call me again. I emailed to the service department and post the picture of the storm door, still no response. Until Dec, my storm door was fixed without any notification, and they just left some window screen at my door. Since nobody answered my message, I called Bonnie again, asked to pass the message. The answer was they would come when they past by my area or at their convenience. I asked for a date, they said it was easy, you should put it on yourself. I was very upset, I pay for the service and they asked me to do it myself after I waited for almost three months. I emailed to the service and asked for my money back. Bonnie(sales women) came to my house and tried to put the window screens in, failed of course. she called the manager Simon at my house last week, told him it was hard job, please sent someone to fix them. Simon promise her to fix my window screens this week. Still no body called or came. I called Bonnie again on Friday, she said Simon will sent someone this Saturday. I waited all day today, no one came. What kind of company is that? As a manager, he can not keep a single promise to the customer. What a great team leader! I am very frustrated and sick tired of make phone calls and no body can never answer your questions. I am so disappointed about this service I got. How can you trust this company with terrible horrible service?
