I found Canadian Choice Windows and Doors initially from Homestars.com and then my friend also informed me later that they also used this company and the quality and service was great. That was the main reason that I decided to use their product. The salesperson, Bonnie Zhou was very friendly and informative, and provided all the assurance that the product and company warranty & product one of the very best that is why the rating here is over 9 / 10. The installation was quick and professional. The installers clean up after the installation. The windows quality was great over the winter compare to our aluminum windows from 17 years ago. Highly recommended. Attached is an sample of our kitchen windows. We did the whole town house with them. Thanks again.

windows and doors
I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Bob (sales) did very good job explaining to me how the installation will be dane, and did very good job with his product presentation. Stan ( installer ) very professional and kind person. Im very satisfied with overall experience.

Windows replacement and door installation
Canadian Choice Windows was recommended to me by my colleague and I appreciate her recommendation. We met with Bob and immediately were impressed by his politeness and professionalism. We are a young couple and being treated with respect and treated seriously does not happen very often. Bob was knowledgeable and provided us with several options. He was honest and did mention that there is a waiting period of up to 90 days, as the windows are custom made. Overall, it took about 50 days. Our windows and a new door are now installed and we are very pleased with the end result. Their installers do a good job as well. I am going to highle recommend Canadian Choice Windows to my friends.

Windows
Ivan from Canadian Choice was really great from beginning to end. He was very patient with all of my questions and took the time to answer every single one of them. I had a last minute change to my order and he was very prompt with the changes and they were made without delaying delivery and install. The window grilles came in the wrong size and Ivan got them replaced without a problem. The install crew was also very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend this company.

All Windows (8 inc bay window)
Recommended by a friend, we chose to go with CCW for replacing windows in our home. Installers were professional, quick and did an excellent job with measurements and installation. We've only had them installed for a few weeks so it's hard to say quality but they appear to be great. Due to a miscommunication with the sales person, we were expecting something completely different for the interior finish (mitered corners instead of square end pieces). On the day of installation, the sales person pointed out our request was not written on the contract and so the order was placed using the default style option instead. The sales person was kind enough to provide another option for us to consider, though to us it is no better than the default. After seeing the installation process, it is pretty obvious the option we wanted wouldn't be possible. Suffice to say, we thought we were quite clear on communicating our request and are disappointed with the end result. If you like the interior finish option, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy with this company!! We like the new windows and door they installed. We can feel the difference when winter comes, the amount of the bills goes down. Thanks to sales Bonnie, she always come when we experience problems. We will recommend this company to everyone.

Great quality. Excellent service.Work was done on time. Followed up with phone call could not have been better. Windows are secure and top quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for windows and doors.

Guelph Patio Door Replacement
Removed the poorly fitting double door and replaced it with a sliding door. Excellent job finished in minimal time. Cleaned up afterwards.

Front Door Install
Beware of the sub-par installation service! The brick molding around the door was falling out within a day (as it was really only tacked on), no silicone was used to seal the door jamb cuts, and most importantly, the door jamb was too narrow to completely seal the area which would have left the top of our wood preserve basement exposed. We had to demand a proper install, and due to their lack of preparation, it required another 3 visits which occurred over a 5 week period. The supervisor, Vlad was extremely rude through the whole process, assuming, I guess, that a proper install is not necessary on a $3000 purchase. The office gave us no compensation and so we paid the amount in full, because that is our end of the contract. The reception and salesperson were always very kind, however, neither appear to have any clout to make amends. Further to this, the install was done by a young "kid" who was only doing what he was trained/told to do. However, the rude supervisor should have been the one to come out and make it right on the 2nd visit, to which he sent the "kid" alone again to "patch up" rather than fix the deficiencies. We had to demand his presence to explain the deficiencies, and once complete, rudely asked, "Are you happy now? Is it all good?". Certainly not a good experience. We paid a "professional" to do a professional job so we wouldn't have to. Try another company ... perhaps one who is from Canada and where all the install people speak English so any concerns could be understood.
