I wanted a new bay window installed on the front of my semi to match the neighbouring semi, and a new basement window with better egress incase of emergency. Canadian Choice gave me the best price out of all the companies in the area, and gave me exactly what I wanted! The crew was able to get the job done while I was out of province and sent me pictures as soon as they were done. Installation was quick and easy, the crew did a clean job and greatly improved the look of my house. I'm very happy with the job they did and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I've had my front door and the door to my garage replaced by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Marina, the sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful. My first estimate was from Canadian Choice Windows , although I got three others, Canadian Choice was the best. The Rep , Alex was not forceful , but very accommodating ,making sure we were happy with what we were getting.. The installers were friendly , and did an excellent job right through to the clean up. I did a good choice to have windows installed by Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. I sign contract with this company was largely by the personality of their Sales Managers, Marina and Alex. They was very professional, proficient and seemed very honest and truthful. They showed great understanding of my situation and gave me a good advice. I change my mind couple of times and Marina always explained me in details, how is affect entire project. Installer (Gennady) did an incredibly good job, meticulously and diligently. Marina and Alex went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went perfectly and addressed our concerns. Already we can feel the difference. The experience with Canadian Choice Windows & Doors was very enjoyable, beneficial and pleasant.Me and my family are completely satisfied with the project; perhaps, very pleasantly surprised would be a better way to describe it. We had a great experience with the work done by the Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. We hired them to replace all windows upstairs. The sales representative Alexander and the installing crew leading by Gennady were excellent and customer oriented. The job was completed with high quality and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

We first had Stan Rait replace some ofthe windows in our house a few years ago and were so satisfied with the service and quality that when it was time replace the rest the doors and windows with out hesitation Stan was the man we called upon for the first quote and once again he came through with the best price for a quality product from the entrance door to the patio and everything in between. The installation was completed without a hitch as promised, clean up was exceptional and George was friendly and courteous through out.

EVERY OTHER COMPANY I SPOKE TO SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE; CANADIAN CHOICE MADE IT HAPPEN!!! For the past 2 years I have been searching for a company who would install double sliding screens (NOT retractable screens) for the French doors in our kitchen which lead out to our 2nd story deck. I went to every big box store in Toronto, I attended 2 different home shows and spoke to every door and window vendor present and I obtained 5 different quotes for the work I wanted done. EVERY company told me that double sliding screens, attached to the frames, were just not available in Canada and my only option was to get a single sliding screen or retractable screens for my new French doors. I grew up in Chicago where double sliding screens were very common so I couldn't understand why it posed such a problem in Canada. I even had a video from a U.S. Company (Mastercraft) showing how to install these screens. I showed this video to every vendor I met in the GTA and still got the same response.....not possible. I didn't want retractable screens because due to the deck's 2nd story elevation, it gets quite breezy up here at times and the retractable screens are know for their billowing effect, much like a sailboat in the wind. That wouldn't work for us since squirrels, birds and wasps are frequently found on our deck and they could enter the house at the bottom unsecured portion of the screen when they billow. My husband told me to just settle for a single screen, but I am tenacious and it finally paid off in the form of salesman Gregory Birfir from Canadian Choice. I e-mailed him the video and while he admitted he had never seen screens like that in Canada, he would try to make it happen. Gregory went to the door manufacturer, showed them my video and they agreed to build it, even though they had never done this before either. Well, our new French doors with double sliding screens and the 2 adjacent windows were installed almost one month ago and I couldn't be happier!! They look beautiful and work perfectly. Many thanks to Gregory; he was the only salesman who was willing to go the extra mile to make this happen. That is the type of service you get with Canadian Choice. We did need a few minor adjustments to the new double hung windows, but service tech Oleg came out within a few days and corrected the problems. Now I can open both of my doors and enjoy the full view without fear of any critters entering our home. Also, Canadian Choice was the only company that offered a lifetime guarantee on both parts and labor. Thank you Canadian Choice!!

I just had new window done. It looks great. Sales Cindy is patient to answer my lots question. And Installation worker Serge worked hard. House is cleaning no mess. I like it and will recommend to other person.
