I was looking for some upgrades to my old windows and Canadian Choice gave me affordable estimate. Special thanks goes to Jemal. He explained me all the details of the product. Within two month time all the installation completed. I am totally satisfied with the product and service.

Tony our sales rep was very professional from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable about all of the products he sells and he took the time to explain the benefits of them all and he even went out of his to stop by after the job was completed to ensure we were happy with the product. I would highly recommend him for any future customers that have questions.

Our original windows were wooden and after 25 years needed to be replaced. Inna of Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with as Project Manager. She explained the different options and the type of windows we would be getting and even helped design some of the frames. She gave us a very fair price for all the work involved. Our Installer, Slava, and his assistant were very professional in getting the job done in 2 days. A major factor in choosing this company is that they are also the manufacturer of the windows and not just an installer and give the best warranty in the business. I saved a lot money in getting replacement windows rather than complete new frames. I strongly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

The installation, done by Mike and his crew, was done in a professional, timely manner and they even took the time to clean up after they were done and made sure that we were happy with it all. From start to finish Canadian Choice Windows & Doors has been fantastic. They arranged the energy audit (pre- and post) , they communicated throughout the process and delivered within the target timeframe. During the actual installation everything went very smooth as well. Hard working crew and a job well done!

I highly recommend this company. Our sales representative was excellent and responded quickly to questions or connected us with the person who could answer our questions. He never pressured us to buy windows and assisted us in navigating the Greener Homes program. The installers were both fast and efficient and skilled. The new window frames were perfectly crafted and installed.

The Edmonton branch fitted our windows a few years ago and all was fine till 2 windows failed to close.a lot of emails back and fourth then they sent there tech guy out who basically cut the window up beyond repair (photos attached) then after alot of emails again they decided to replace the windows what was great if they would have looked the same .the replaced then with totally different windows .not the same profile and the original are internally beaded and the inferior ones they put in are exterior beaded so Any one from the outside can take my window out now and enter my house .but they think this is fine and wont rectify there problem.$12600 per paid for these windows .they blocked me on the dm messages and other chains Im in with them thats why I cannot comment in my name.AVOID the EDMONTON branch at all costs .READ BBB AND GOOGLE REVIEWS first and save yourself a lot of money.please see attached photos

Sales guy Tony was honest and knowledgeable. Installers Igore and his team were very professional. Having some one work in your house for 2 days its nice to see guys that enjoy doing their job and smiling with no attitude. Over all 10/10 Thx guys
