Hello, I just wanted to share my experience in replacing the windows at my home (in Oakville). I got a good deal to replace my 20 years old windows , and after the replacement, I surprisingly found the old 20 yrs windows are performing better than the new ones !. The house is bit more colder and the important part is the windows are not sound proof at all, now I can hear the full noise that is coming from the outside (cars noise, rain,...) those were not appearing on the old windows. I have an audio file taken when rain drops heard from inside the house , but could not upload here (the site accepts photo files only) It is a shame that they make windows worse than the 20 yrs old ones. They make very high discount (like 60%) to bring you in but they do have very low quality windows. the technicians came two times here but they did nothing, i called them many times, they said they cannot do much. I recently got 12 new windows and a front door from Canadian choice. There sales guy Joe came out and gave us competitive pricing with quality and service that in our opinion was the better than any of 5 other companies that came out to give us a quote. Joe was imperative in helping us plan out and design our window upgrades with excellent suggestions and ideas and was excited to help us see are dream come true. We just had them installed last week and I cannot believe how amazing it turned out. Most of my neighbors have walked by and are shocked at how amazing the new windows look. We loved the windows so much that I had Joe come back out tonight as we just ordered 2 more European doors and another window for a bedroom! I have told my friends and relatives about how happy I am with my choice to go with Canadian choice and I will now offer you that same recommendation. I truly feel like these were the best balance of quality, price, functionality, look you can get on the market right now. The installers we had were also respectful and did an amazing job. Thanks again for you're help Joe and thanks you Canadian choice for breathing new beautiful life into my my home

We are very pleased with the our new doors and windows and windows very satisfied with the style and product. Ivan is very helpful and accommodating answered questions in promptly manners. Oleg and his team were very punctual came around 15mins in advance on the day of schedule. Overall excellent products and service!

We had our bay window and patio door replaced by Canadian Choice and we are very happy with the result. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to help us find exactly what we needed to suit our home and vision. The service and workmanship was superb and we thoroughly enjoy the update to our home and improved functionality. Would definitely recommend Canadian Choice if you are looking to replace any of the doors or windows in your home. We will be repeat customers when it comes time to replace some of our exterior doors.

Canadian Choice installed 18 windows for me this spring. I shopped around and the most competitive quote was from them. From the start of the project with Glenn, the installation with Sasha and his crew and the minor followup inquiries, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Very happy and will use them again when I do my doors. Tx

Windows look good but overall performance on windows very poor if your planning on selling your house go for them because of there warranty if u want quality stay away spend the extra money they had to come and reapply missing foam around my windows I can hear every little sound (people conversation) inside my house 100 times worst than original windows I regret using the company I dont know how Bryan Baeumler backs this company up and put his name on it I contacted him about it they send another installer to re apply foam saying that was the cause of hearing outside noise but still to this day I hear everything after numerous complaints I had to adjust but let me tell you worst decision on using them should have just paid the extra 7,000 for a better quality from there competitors because this makes me frustrated from time to time and wanting to sell my house I wish I could put a recording so people will know Alex the salesperson your telling me that the sound quality would be way better than original windows and in fact there worst two years later and I am still fuming take my review into great consideration people as am as real as it going to get dont be fooled by these reviews and dont make the lifetime warranty sway your decision as it did for me all these companies get there windows from same factory this company doesnt manufacture there own windows as I found out later

Very professional services; from the starting interview to the final install. The Staff are very kind and listen to and answer our enquiries at all stages of the process. We are very pleased with the windows.

I highly recommend Canadian Choice for your window or door needs! From the beginning and throughout the project Mike was very responsive and helpful. He recommended what would be best for our house and was in constant communication leading up to the install day. The two installers (I'm sorry, I forgot their names) we're extremely friendly and respectful of our home. They installed the two doors and seven windows in about a day and a half and we couldn't be happier. We're specifically loving the tilt and turn doors!
