windows replacement
Terrible experience! I will NEVER get this service again. Customer Service is the WORST! I was asked to make a review by the sales person (Oliver) who came to make a "free estimate". He was very pushy and talked me into giving him a down payment for the service. He over promised on the customer service and final results but, after talking to neighbors and consulting with other websites, I was disappointed to learn they just gave me an average price for what we got. I was also very disappointed with the scheduling of the job that was delayed by almost 3 weeks from the original date. The first scheduled app we had was cancelled because the installer NEVER CAME. The company NEVER CALLED and of course I was waiting for them. Big surprise to know that this company doesn't work on the weekends so there's no one attending for customer's calls.I called Oliver and he was too busy to call me back. When I called the next Monday morning I was ready to cancel the contract and the MANAGER promised me again they will do their best and that she will PERSONALLY call me to remind me of my next app. NEVER HAPPENED!!! and again the installer DIDN'T come until very late that day and of course NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE!! I called Oliver again and after 3 hours he called back. The installation of the windows is NOTHING that local companies could done differently. Hope I can never deal with them again.

Great, friendly service provided by knowledgeable people. I will recommend this company to family and friends that need windows and doors. Thoroughly great experience with Manny and Yury. Thank you.

Front door
Before we invited the "Canadian Choice Windows" workmen, our household experienced a draft from the outside coming into our home which affected our temperature inside our home. At first, Stan provided us with a fairly priced estimate which both parties agreed upon. Shortly after, Igor and his workman installed our new door, which maintains the temperature in our home as we like it. We enjoy looking at our door from the inside and out, and we believe our home has been increased in value by the look of our new front door. It has created an elegant appeal for the front of our house, as well as, the customer service provided was pleasant and friendly. Stan and Igor were very professional and Igor and his team were efficient. As a result, our family and friends have become their new clients based on our referral.

4 windows and one patio door
Since we have been fully satisfied with this same company in the past, we decided to forgo getting estimates from others and get our house updated during the 2014 March break. The price was very reasonable, and Alex D. did a great job in finding the proper windows and door for our home and got the order scheduled to be delivered during my holidays. I was quite satisfied up to this point and had no complaints through that process. Quality of the windows is 4 out of 5 (with some minor imperfections such as spacers moving up and down when windows are opened/closed), and the patio door lock is scuffing the white vinyl. This is purely the design of the product and will be monitored over time for any defects. I had my previous issues resolved today, and I thank HomeStars for the effective media that helped push this resolution. Thank you Canadian Choice for doing the right thing. I would have been a VERY happy customer if it would have been much sooner. Cheers!

10 windows and 2 doors
We were looking to get our windows and doors done. We called Canadian Choice Windows and Max came over to give us an estimate. He was very professional and advice us what is our options on windows. The installer crew did a good job. We would recommend Max and Canadian Choice Windows to anyone who is looking good job well done.

Window replacement
Following my earlier review, I would like to say that after contacting the company, they replaced all our faulty windows, living up to the lifetime guarantee. The job was done quickly and tidily, with no cost to us at all. We were told that they had changed suppliers, since they had had problems with the windows they installed in our home. Thanks to Canadian Windows & Doors for the great service. We had our windows replaced 8 years ago. The installers moved quickly, but damaged several of our wooden window frames. In the last 2 years the windows have deteriorated and look awful. There are opaque, white lines showing in all of them.

The photos are too close to the windows and we cannot differentiate our windows. Please provide your full name, telephone number, or address so we may be able to assist you better. You do have a full warranty on your glass and windows. You should have let us know right away when the installation happened eight years ago that the installers damaged your window frames. At this point in time, there are no records where you are located and what we did.Please let us know in order to proceed with further assistance, thank you.

Windows Replacement
Alex Davidovich visited us right from the estimate stage and gave us exemplary service for our Home Windows Replacement Project. Timelines were duly observed. Alex coordinated with great patience with our tenant and did a totally seamless, painless job. the quality and workmanship is excellent and as a bonus we got tempered glass for our largest picture window in the Living Room, without having to pay anything extra, We are so happy we added value to our property through Canadian Choice Windows.

Tony is the best!!! Thank you so much for delivering what your promised and giving me exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with my new windows and sliding door. The installers were fast and efficient and Tony was really nice. Great work!!!

window replacement
The installers were fast and professional. Helen is a great asset to Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. The previous person who scheduled installations was not good. I understand she has been replaced by Helen who got things sorted immediately and efficiently. However the installers did not close the back get after leaving and my dog escaped. The truck left a large grease stain on my drive. There is a deep scratch on the footboard in one of the rooms which was not there before. At this point I have had no issues with the windows and they appear to be satisfactory. Winter will tell all. Having said all this I would be reluctant to recommend this company at this time.

I had my windows replaced by Canadian Choice me and my family are happy with them. The installer did a great job. They really make sure the job is done with our satisfaction.I appreciate also Olga,the sales representative for her unending help throughout the process and the whole team is pleasant to deal with.
