Answer from pro:
Hello Dan, we are very concerned that you feel you have had a negative experience with our company. We are not perfect but we try to be and hope that all our customers are 100% satisfied, yet there is some things that are out of our control. Yes it is true that due to unforeseen complications in the scope of work we needed an extra entire day to complete the installation. We told you that we needed one more entire day, you replied that you were available only after 12, we then agreed that our installation team will come in the morning and finish work that needed to be done without you having to be home. We advised you that we needed you to keep the windows closed. When we arrived in the morning the windows were left open and we could not do any remaining work, as it involved capping. Therefore we had to book another day to complete the job. One of your other concerns is that we have damaged your plant, we try to do our best to work around damaging any property but in your case there was no way around it as they were to close to the window. We did advise that if you did not want them damaged you should replant them for the time of installation. You also claim that we provided MDF instead of wood, a recent visit to you home by our technician proved otherwise though. We would never provide something other than what is promised. As to the leak of your door you have acknowledged that is a roof issue and has nothing to do with the door installed. When our service man showed up to your home(within a few days) to look at the leak you told him that you were aware of the roof issue and have already been in contact with the roofing company. If we are wrong in any of this please don't hesitate to contact our service manager directly and we will try to resolve any issues.
