We purchased our home with the intent to slowly renovate it. Part of this reno plan was to replace every window and every door, so we decided to split the replacement into 3 year intervals (3-4 windows a year).
Canadian Choice did work on two of my parent's homes, and they were very impressed with the work, so we decided to meet with Canadian Choice as well.
Marina was the sales rep we met with, and needless to say, she was fantastic. Marina was flexible, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.
We decided to proceed with Canadian Choice and were not dissapointed. The crew was timely, clean, polite, and most importantly, did an AMAZING job! One of the most impressive things I found about Canadian Choice was that once they committed to dates (like for the initial appointment, measurements, then installation), they stuck to it, and made sure that they fulfilled their commitments. I find some contractors to be wishy-washy at times, but these guys were not!
By the way, throughout all of our installations, Marina was always following up with us to make sure we were satisfied, and checking on whether we had any questions, concerns, etc... Excellent customer service!
We just finished our third and last install and again, we're very pleased with the results.
I've already referred some family members to Canadian Choice, and will continue to do so for anyone looking to replace their windows and doors!
