    Windows

    I was looking for new windows for our house as ours were circa 1977 and had lost all their argon. I contacted multiple places (approx. 5) and only two responded. Canadian Choice was one. Vlad Nemchuk came to my house for the initial meeting. I was impressed with his knowledge. He explained in detail how the windows are made and what they contain. He was courteous and helpful. He also let me know the approx. time frame that the windows would be ready. I really appreciated all his help and time. Serge and another gentleman came a few weeks later and within 7 hrs both windows (one 68X102'' and the other 36X102'') were installed and the areas cleaned up. Speedy! They look GREAT! I really appreciate how quick the guys were and the fact that they left no mess. The installation went extremely well and we have a warmer home now! Thank you Vlad!! I'll give you a call when we are ready to replace the kitchen window (and maybe the front door too!). Thank you again for the super customer service from start to finish.

    Bathroom window & sliding door installation

    We had a bathroom window installed & our back door replaced with a double sliding door. We dealt with Vlad Nemchuk who was friendly and professional & the project was completed in good time. We are extremely happy with the results.

    Windows and Door

    I had seen the windows and doors installed in the neighbourhood by Canadian Choice that is why we went for them and their sales person Alexander Pridatko gave a good proposal for our house. Canadian Choice Windows have done a very good and professional job of installing the windows and patio door led by Simon and his team of installers.

    Window replacement

    Vlad Nemchuck was the sales person I dealt with. Everyone I encountered at the company, from the receptionist to the installers, was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I learned of the company through a recommendation from a colleague and would highly recommend them again. Vlad took his time to learn my needs and recommend the best product for my home and budget. The installers were careful, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was as painless and as worry free as possible, unlike previous home improvement projects. Thank you.

    Windows

    Our new windows look great inside and out and we're so happy with the quality. Jury, the installer, and his assistant did a great job - professional, thorough and detail-oriented. Mike the salesman did a great job going through the choices available and what would work best for our home. With two picture windows that hadn't been changed since 1959, we wanted to make the right choice and we're certain we have. We'll be recommending Canadian Choice Windows to friends, family and anyone else we know who needs windows.

    doors

    We recently replaced 3 doors with this company. We are very happy with the new doors. Bonnie the sales rep. is very professional and helpful. We like the color that she suggested we are planning to change all our windows next year. We recomend this company for everyone.

    windows , door

    had to call the company several times to remind them to come and measure the windows and door ..and to remind them to check if the windows are ready to install ..not flexible in appointments date .. a day in a month or wait till end of next month ..not accurate measurement . the staff was in rush to finish the job and go for another appointment!!! did not clean up properly when he left . .some of the windows are not smooth to be closed easily.called them to come and have a look , no response yet ..life time warranty is a joke !!!...stay away from this company ..

    All windows and a padio door

    I was very happy with Max the salesman for not over selling or doing pushy sales. The product was great really notice the noise reduction more than the warmth. But the best selling features was the lifetime warranty on service. I always recommend Max to people asking about the windows and I'm very happy to recommend the product as I am loving the quality and comfort.

    Replacement windows

    I signed up with this company because of their apparent quality of windows and dedication towards customer satisfaction. The install took a while to happen, but when it did it was fast, professional, and courteous. The windows look good and are a big improvement. I had an issue with one of basement windows not meeting regulations, when I brought it up the company responded and we resolved the issue courteously and professionally.

    house windows and doors

    the crew that came to my house was very courteous, and prompt I thought the price was good, Alex the foreman called me the next day to ask how everything was working I was totally impressed I had only one small problem with my front door Kirill came out and fixed that in 5 minutes also Terry in the office was also very accommodating Thank you all for a job well done
