    they did excellent job,Mike explain about window very good after that we decide install window, thanks mike you did very well job.he did good customer service and he is the best.

    windows

    Thank you Mike I like the windows and the installer guy u sent he did also good job and we happy now with your supervise. House looks defferent and nice. I will recommend your company for my friends.

    Windows & door installation

    Canadian Choice was recommended to me by a relative who was happy and satisfied with the company. Phil M explained very well their products and was able to convince us that it is the best in the market now. The installer Gena & his team are excellent, they finished the job earlier then expected and they want to be sure that everything was installed properly, they are very friendly and trustworthy!

    windows

    we had all our windows replaced last dec.by canadian choice windows. the windows we replaced were better than what we got. the rain leakes through causing huge puddles as with the hose when washing them.the bay window started going moldy around the seams within days ,the ice that builds up on the inside is ridiculous. never had that with the old windows. the installer admitted to this being their fault and would fix it.after them sending out numourous people to look at the problems and promising a solution we still havent had any answers. ive called many many times to hear that they will get back to me.still no one has.paid good money for top service and all we got was junk worse than what we threw away, i wouldnt recommend this company

    Dear Linda, We take great pride in answering all the concern and questions of our customers. We have documented and answered every call and concern that you have had since December 2012, there has not been a time that a call wasn't returned to you. We had our serviceman and installer out to your place 4 times and they had inspected the windows and made several recommendations. On numerous occasions we had explained to you that the ice build up inside your home is simply caused by condensation due to poor air ventilation and poor construction(not adequate wall insulation, non-efficient furnace and no ventilation) of your home. You can read more about this on "www.cmhc.ca". Also we a recommended that you should get an attic fan for your home to have better air movement. Furthermore, if you still were not satisfied, we asked that you contact WINDOW WISE and have them come in and we would pay for an inspection. To this day you have not called WINDOW WISE because you said you don't care to know what they suggest and you have not listened to any of our suggestions. That was the last we spoke in May 2013, we have not heard from you since until today. If you wish to take our recommendations into account we would be more than happy to work with you and help you enjoy our product.

    windows replacement

    All our windows except the basement have been replaced by your company and we're delighted with the "new look." Work was completed in record time, same for clean-up. Kudos to Ivan Izmailov who was exceptional with his patience, listening skills and advice. He was here within hours of job completion, followed by last minute touches that were held up due to stucco being done at the same time. We are impressed, grateful and happy.     all windows and patio door

    We were looking to replace our windows. I saw the website and gave them a call. Max came to our place at the end of summer and showed us a wonderful product we felt very confident in. Installer very competent. Max stopped in to see the installed product as he said he would. They are lovely and we are quite happy with them. We would absolutely recommend this company.

    Warranty service

    It has been almost 3 weeks now since I have tried to get a response from this company to replace 2 windows which the seals have leaked. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. Every time I have been able to get the receptionist/CSR on the phone they tell me the service manager Oleg is out and will return my call - so far these last 3 calls have not be returned. Good luck if you ever have to get your newly installed windows serviced under warranty at a later date - also remember price and initial install service is fine but when you spend this kind of money the long term service is what really makes the choice worth while. UPDATE: I have been contacted by both the service technician and the service manager concerning my review - they will be expediting the service request and were very concerned with my satisfaction. I will update this review when the service has been completed.

    Replaced all windows

    We recently replaced all 10 windows in our home. We couldn't be happier with the service that was provided by Canadian choice windows and doors. Ivan, Vlad and their team were professional, friendly, courteous and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. Our home looks new again! I will definitely be recommending this company to friends, family and anyone else looking to replace their windows.

    Windows installation

    We are very satisfied with the work done by the team headed by Mr. Vladimir Plekhanov. The team is friendly, industrious, and professional. They installed 17 windows in our house within a day and helped to clean up the windows after the installation. The services are excellent and the price is reasonable. We are pleased to recommend this company to our friends.

    all windows and 1 patio door

    After much research we opted for Canadian Choice due to the quality of their product and their great warranty. We we very impressed with Max in sales as he explained clearly all the features and benefits of the windows. He also did incredible follow ups in person to ensure the work was accomplished on schedule and that we were happy with the results. Yuri the installer was meticulous and had to use ingenuity to resolve reno issues that go hand in hand with older homes. Our house looks spectacular now. It was wonderful that all the cleaning was done as well. We would highly recommend Max and Yuri to anyone planning an update. You will not be disappointed. They are wonderful.
