We chose Canadian Choice Windows and Doors because of the coupon we found in the value savings book. We had a tight budget but had been looking to replace our windows for several years. Had all the windows replaced at our cottage. Ivan Izmailov and Vladimir Plekhanov were extremely helpful in selecting the right windows and courteous. The team was on time (early in fact), removed and installed the new windows in no time at all. Clean up was immaculate! The windows look wonderful and we look forward to seeing their benefits. If your looking for new windows this is the company to choose. Right from the start our sales rep, Valad Nemchuck was amazing. Valad was very knowledgable about his product and in every conversation we had you could tell he is proud of his work place.We looked at other companies for quotes and the price could not be beat. This past spring I had 8 windows installed by Canadian Choice Windows. I had done some research in previous years and had 2 other quotes done this year. Phil was knowledgable without being condescending or going on to much about the product (unlike another estimate I had from another company). His quote was quick, and the price was quite reasonable. What I found to be an amazing deal compared to the competitors was the cost of the grills I wanted in my windows (not the cheap fake lines between the panes but the authentic looking ones that are on the outside, inside and between the glass). The installation was very quick and clean, lead by Victor and his team. They replaced some insulation without being asked and also replaced some vinyl to make the finished product perfect. The only negative thing that happened in the process was I had wanted a privacy glass on the bathroom window and when it arrived it was clear. They immediately offered to have another one made, but I did not want to wait the few weeks it would take to remake it, so just went with the clear one. So far there have been no complaints from the neighbours (kidding). I would completely recommend them for any window project. In the future, I intend to go back to them for a new front door when I find one that I fall in love with.Answer from pro:

The salesperson, Alex, was very knowledgable and really loved talking about windows and our options. He worked with us to find the right style for the right price. The install was quick and painless. They showed up exactly when they said and got straight to work. I was told 8 hours but they were done in 5 and a half. The works looks great and they left the house spotless. You would not have guessed there were renovations done. Will definitely recommend and use again for doors and rest of house.Answer from pro:

Canadian Choice Windows & Doors was the only company willing to replace a broken half-round decorative window on my 3 storey tall townhouse on Tiz Road in Mississauga. I had called several other windows companies, including major competitors listed on HomeStars and all were unwilling to help me because the window was to high (above the 3rd floor window). Thank You so much Alex Pridatko (salesman), you and the installer were very kind and very helpful, the new window material was exactly what I was looking for and the cost was very reasonable. Alex, I am looking for to have the next work done in 3 weeks! I would never consider any other windows company on Homestars!Answer from pro:

Good service, very professional, prices were fair. The windows look fantastic! Stan came to our house to provide the quote and had sample windows with him - very informative. The team who installed arrived on time, worked very hard in 30 degree heat and cleaned up well before they left.Answer from pro:
