Canadian Choice Windows are the best company hands down on quality, product, service and warranty. Top marks. We decided to replace our 25 year old windows in our house this year. We contacted 9 contractors (local and GTA) to quote on the job. Upon reviewing all the various company literature, comparing energy star ratings and efficiencies, product quality and services as well as warranty protection and price Canadian Choice Windows came out on top. Our salesman, George was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a great ambassador for the company. He brought all literature and window samples with him and explained all features, services and warranties in detail. Our windows were delivered and installed within four weeks. The two installers did an excellent job. They were efficient, professional, and polite. They tarped all surfaces before beginning work and vacuumed the affected rooms before leaving. All outside debris and the old windows were removed. George attended after installation to check on the work. Great company!! They actually exceeded all our expectations on every level. It was great to deal with a company that actually delivers what they promise. We are extremely pleased with our experience. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacement windows.

We recently had Canadian Choice Windows and Doors replace 13 windows in my house. Alex Davidovitch was our Sales Rep who explained me all aspects of windows, which helped me to take a decision to finalise my order. We had a wonderful experience working with Mr.Davidovitch from the very beginning. Installation was arranged according to my availability and complete within the time frame. We liked their product quality and craftsmanship. The installers Victor and team were performed a wonderful job and I really appreciate their talent. We are happy with the Canadian Choice Windows. UPDATE: Company has responded, turned a 2 to an 8 with prompt follow up and service. Might have been an unfortunate rare incident but good learning for them. I am currently in the middle of having a quote for replacing a bay window in our kitchen area. Paid a deposit, guy came to measure my window, he stated a pane replacement was best solution instead of a whole new window (appreciated the honesty). I haven't heard ANYTHING from the company since with deposit chq cashed - TERRIBLE experience so far - they have a small window to turn this around if not, I will use my influence with the BBB (trust me this will come back to bite your company).

Canadian Choice Windows exemplifies professionalism from start to finish.Alex Pridatko provided me with a variety of products and financing options and once the installation was completed, Alex came back to ensure that my house was in order and that I had no further questions, All 9 windows were installed with surprising efficency, Vladimir was extremely tidy, there was absolutely no mess or noise and the entire process was completed within 8 hours! The dog even slept through most of the day with strangers on site! I would highly recommed this company.Alex P. was a pleasure to deal with!

I had 10 windows and 1 doors installed, the work took one day. It was done well and I am happy with the work. I called them after i see my negibors home last year done by same company. Horatio was the sales rep very nice guy.

When we decided to update our windows, we called the top ten companies listed on Homestars. We got quote from four of them. The representative from Canadian choice, Alexander, was the first and last one came to our house. Yes he visited us twice. He is different from reps from other companies, because he obviously had a better view about what we need and what we should get. He gave us a lot of great advices; and I took most of them. The price was not the lowest we got. But we chose them for better product quality and good service. It worths to mention that the installation guys are GREAT! Nice, efficient and organized. All the windows were installed in two days and they look perfect. I will recommend Alexander and his installation buddy to my friends for sure.

Canadian Choice Windows installed some windows in our home in May. Kevin Steer was very informative about their product and the installation. Jeremy came to check everything and answered my questions before the installation date. Jeremy and Dillon did a wonderful job and we are very happy with Canadian Choice Windows.

He told me all my options and worked out a very affordable price. I would always recommend Oliver Soroka to my friends and family. Started with Manny who was knowlegable and provided the best quote and the team of Pasha, Alex and Serge who did a fabulous job with the installation and clean-up.
