Alex Shin was comfortable to talk to and I didn't feel like he was just out to make a sales pitch. He has technical knowledge about the products and a keen eye for the aesthetics, as well as reasonable pricing, which homeowners like me need to make informed desicions. During installation, Mike and his team were very prompt, professional and courteous. Alex also came by to ensure that I am satisfied with the workmanship and service. I will surely recommend this company to my family and friends!

I have used this company 3 times now. This last time I had problems with a customer service issue, not returning phone calls. Issue has finally been resolved, thanks to great salesman George Troff. Windows look great, installer Mike did wonderful job and cleaned up everything.

From the first visit Oliver Soroka was honest and knowledgable. Extremely helpful of the products and service from Canadian Choice. Eugene and his team were fast, efficient and courteous though out the installation. Will refer them to all our family & friends!!

Manny came over and explained everything clearly. He didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Kept the cost down. The installers were efficient and friendly. They were willing to come back to do something extra for us that wasn't in the contract. They cleaned everything wonderfully. Super experience.

I recently had Canadian Choice replace all the windows in my house. The windows look fantastic, the installers were fast, friendly and efficient and I am very happy overall with the project. My only concern is that the small bathroom window arrived with clear glass and not privacy glass. I am hoping this will be resolved as quickly and professionally as possible

I was not familiar with various aspects of buying windows. George Troff (seem too young to know so much about windows) took the time to explain the ins and outs of window purchases. The installers were also courteous and very knowledgeable. Bottom line I am very happy with the windows and installation.

The installers were very friendly and efficient I noticed that the work went quickly and any time an issue arose they brought it to our attention. The service your sales rep and installers provided was fantastic. Also the fact that your company offers such a great financing plan we wouldn't have been able to do this upgrade if it wasn't for that. I see no areas for improvement. Since we have had issues with contractors in the past I am just very pleased that with the work done and the guarantee package you have in place for additional peace of mind. We had windows done at our home. the installation was completed in a very professional manner and we were impressed with the overall service, and would certainly recommend them to our friends and family. The rooms are cooler in the hot days and we're looking forward to reduced cooling and heating costs.

I had ordered 6 new windows from Canadian Choice. The sales rep Anastasia was knowledgeable as well as the installation which was done by Ilya & Ruslan got completed on time with work area cleaned. The work had also been done within budget therefore overall they did an awesome job!
