24 windows and the new front door were installed on Nov. 18, 2022. The new front door had numerous damages and defects. Some defects were from the factory, other damages were covered with touch up paint by the installers. One new window arrived on Nov. 18, 2022 incorrect as sealed non -opening window. Another new window on the Nov 18, was forgotten and left at the factory, it was not put on the two trucks. The next day Nov. 19 the install crew arrived again with the forgottten window, but the glass was broken on arival to our home. Now at Jan. 11 2023 we are daily requesting completion and replacement of missing windows and the replacement front door. A 24 - 48 hour wait is required before any reply to a possible update or booking reschedule date.

We replaced the basement windows with Canadian Choice and improved the attic insulation. Ed, the service representative offered the solution we needed for a fair cost. The Installation team was friendly and very professional. I recommend Canadian Choice for your windows and attic insulation projects!

Both our sales rep, Alexey, and the Canadian Choice install team gave us excellent service. The product and the installation process were well explained before we purchased. The install took place on the scheduled day and was without any issues. The windows exceed our expectations.

Three men from the company arrived and they quickly got their tools and came inside. They continued into the hall, up stairs and entered the 4 bedrooms where the windows would be installed. I have hardwood throughout the house and they did not remove their boots. I questioned 1 man and he said they do not have any covers for them but he could put some runners down. They put a runner up the stairs. They did not put a runner in my hall downstairs, next to the bathroom, not on the 1st step on my stairs or any entrance to the bedrooms. While paying the supervisor he mentioned I could make a review on this site. I said to be honest as far as I know the windows look good but they did not clean up properly. There was styrofoam piece on all the beds still in every room not to mention the outside dirt all over my hardwood floors. I said now I have to vacuum and wash all my floors. He said It is what it is. We dont have boot covers. One man used my powder room and plugged the toilet. It had over flowed on my floor He did not say anything and continued to walk throughout my house with wet dirty boots. YUCK and GROSS. To have a 3 person team with such little regard and no respect for others property is shameful. I would never use this company again and will not recommend them. IT IS WHAT IT IS
