Delay and Incomplete installation of windows and front door.
24 windows and the new front door were installed on Nov. 18, 2022.
The new front door had numerous damages and defects. Some defects were from the factory, other damages were covered with touch up paint by the installers.
One new window arrived on Nov. 18, 2022 incorrect as sealed non -opening window. Another new window on the Nov 18, was forgotten and left at the factory, it was not put on the two trucks.
The next day Nov. 19 the install crew arrived again with the forgottten window, but the glass was broken on arival to our home.
Now at Jan. 11 2023 we are daily requesting completion and replacement of missing windows and the replacement front door.
A 24 - 48 hour wait is required before any reply to a possible update or booking reschedule date.
