We replaced 20 windows in our home and were very happy that we went with Canadian Choice. Our experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Graeme was our sales contact. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. He was also very responsive with all his emails. The installation team was very professional and friendly. Slava and his team did an excellent job and the windows turned out nice. I would recommend using Graeme and Canadian Choice and will be contacting them again in the future when I need to replace our doors.

After switching house, where we already changed windows, we called Vince again for windows and doors. Same great response, price, service. Timing (after covid) was little delayed. Installation crew - true professionals! Excellent work to the detail! This time we went with black windows on the outside, looks great! If you not satisfied with your windows and don't know the right questions to ask, call Vince, he will bring information that you didn't know you supposed to ask about. After that, it's easy to choose this company.

All of the windows were replaced in the upstairs of a 100 year old cottage converted to a 4 season residence. The two large windows on the main level were replaced as well. Joe advised me that all of the windows could be retrofitted. He was roght. They were a perfect fit, beautifully installed with expert finishing. I could not be more pleased.

We received 4 quotes including Canadian Choice - 3 were comparable. We went with Canadian choice as Joe was great to work with even when we made last minute updates to our purchase Joe was very accommodating and helpful and we loved the Draftlock slim look design. Installation crew were efficient and fast with minimal mess - our floors and furnitures were covered. Overall happy with our choice and experience.

Very pleased with our new windows. They were a long time coming, but the difference they made with the change from white to black is amazing. The installation crew was fast, used drop sheets and cleaned up any mess made. Looking forward to their efficiency for years to come.

We love our new window! Our initial meeting with Joe went very well. We felt very informed and comfortable purchasing the window at that visit. The window was delivered on time, as promised. The installation team were on time, clean and very nice. Took the time to review window features with me. We highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows.

We decided to take advantage of the Canada Greener Homes Grant and get new windows. After speaking with four Window companies we decided to proceed with Canadian Choice based on the product (estimates were similar across the board). Vince was great during the sales and ordering process, by taking the time to answer all questions demonstrate his products. Vince made himself available for us to call him anytime, including post installation, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the original ETA to having the new windows and patio door manufactured and installed was delayed for up to 6 months due to the glass supply chain backlog from the US. Thankfully the installation team, led by Vitali, completed the replacement of 14 windows and 1 patio door in 1.5 days, which impressed us considering the first day was raining. The team were professional by maintaining a clean work area, effective and courteous. We did have one minor issue with our Patio Door, which Vince came by to inspect and had a technician scheduled to come by within a week. I would recommend Canadian Choice to friends and family.

We are delighted with our new windows. The sale rep. Graeme is very professional and knowledgeable. It was a big job, 14 openings and 20 panels. The original estimate was for 1.5 to 2 days. The installer brought in extra crew and got it done in about 9 hours. I wish I could remember his name. His team was very efficient though could improve on cleaning up.
