Great service! Workers arrived as scheduled, were efficient, polite and left no sign of construction debris. I thought the price could have been a little lower as headers werent required though. This work was done for my cottage, where windows were installed, one 3x6 window in each of 2 bedrooms, where no window existed previously . This work was a secondary project. The first was window installation at my home where I paid $20,000 for that renovation. Overall I am very pleased with both projects. Janet H

We used Canadian Choice to replace all of our windows and an exterior door. Joe W was knowledgeable, professional and very responsive to all our questions. We'd definitely give him a 10 out of 10. Luka and Mike, the installers, were very professional, clean, fun and very good at what they do. They'd get a 10 out of 10 as well. The only thing that would have made the experience better was better communication from the office staff. We reached out to them a number of times with little or no response. Joe was very helpful in getting the information we needed.

It was very nerve racking to look for a company to trust with such an important part of our renovation. Tony was so great and explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best windows and doors for the space. There was one little glitch but when I called Tony he fixed the problem immediately! I was so impressed at how professional and quickly the small error was taken care of so quickly. I would recommend Tony and Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to anyone and everyone - thank you Tony

Not told privacy glass did not qualify for energy rebate. Very difficult to reach these people and it took several requests to receive an invoice. Installation was good. I was very dissatisfied with my dealing with Canadian choice windows and would not be using them for the remainder of windows that I need to upgrade.

We are delighted with our new windows. Joe is very professional and knowledgeable and helped us pick the best windows for your house. The installation was quick and efficient. I wish I could remember the guy name that installed the windows. He was amazing.

Windows replaced within two days after a long delay, understandable given COVID but one was the wrong window... And then more problems with a window leaking and the frame shifting and that's when we realized how bad their service was. They came patched the leaky window frame and said oh it's dry and had not brought the correct window foe replacement. The service department gives you the run around and their service delays are huge. They make up stories to justify their poor craftsmanship EDIT Feb 28: These windows are terrible and their service even worst. Two of the locks on the windows have broken and it takes forever to dispatch someone to address the issue. The service technician (same guy) who comes is very nice but it's patch work. He will adjust everything so that the window closes properly but you have to force it. The wait on service has been 3 weeks and 1 month and half

We met Joe when we ordered windows a year ago, then due to Joes incredible service, quick response, caring attitude and problem solving our windows are incredible. In spring of 2022, we called Joe and consulted with him about installing a new window and we had it installed this week. Our house is now warmer and more beautiful than it was before. We will be calling Joe again for future window and door installations. He is absolutely wonderful.

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was the first company that we met with to get new doors and windows. The sales rep Joe arrived on time and was a pleasure to deal with, so much so that we cancelled the rest of our appointments with other companies. Joe took his time to explain the different types of Windows available and the benefits of each one. Joe presented us with many colour options and helped us pick the perfect colour for our home. Joe was honest and accurate about the timeframe for installation and followed up with us to ensure that everything went well and that we were satisfied. We would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors and ask for Joe if you can! The installer of the windows, Miro, was extremely friendly and professional. We were comfortable having him and his partner in our home for the two days required to install the windows and doors. Installation was planned for three days but Miro and his partner clearly have experience and installed everything in two days. Miro and his partner were quick, clean and did an amazing job.
