I had some old windows dated back from the 1980s It was Google from my history record when I was searching for Windows installers Google recommend me to canadian choice windows & doors . Joe the representative came on Saturday around March or April , I explained what type of windows I wanted . And he was there with open hands and fulfilled the order .It was worth the 16 -27 week wait . The windows was installed on sunny days . Joe the rep made sure everything was running smoothly . Great job Joe and the installers for your dedication.

We dealt with Mike S and we Would fully recommend Canadian Choice. Their price was competitive, they were very communicative, they did what they said and the install went extremely smooth. Prefer not to provide total cost of project.

We had new windows, a door and a new patio door installed. Salesman Mike was great, called after work was completed to follow up. Installers were the best. We were expecting three days of work as we had all windows in the house redone as well as a back door plus installation of a patio door where previously we had a window, they were done in two days!. The install crew worked very well together, and cleaned up afterwards. Great job all around.

Contacted Canadian choice windows back in April 2022. Sales contact was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive and reviews were solid so my wife and I decided to move forward to booking an install. We are very happy with the outcome, the windows look great and we are already noticing a difference ( a lot less drafty). Our windows were installed in October 2022, we did our whole house. The installers were great too, we have a young child at home and were very respectful. However, one piece of constructive criticism is the customer service wasnt great. I had a few follow up questions, so I contacted my sales person on several occasions with no response. Eventually after several calls, and emails I started getting replies and was smooth after that.

Our Project Managerr Tony explained the product and saw us through from beginning to end. He is passionate about his product and knowledgeable. The installation team was terrific and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend Canadian Choice to everyone to be your first go to.

We replaced 28 windows, fiberglass front door, and back garden door. We went with triple pane, energy efficient everything to take advantage of the Gov. Grant. Right from the start we were impressed with our sales lady Ana. She gave us many useful suggestions, that we used. The installers were great and we were really impressed with them making sure every little detail was paid attention to. If they had a question or an idea they talked us through the issue and made everything right. I will say that the delivery took longer than promised but being in no rush that was not an issue and with Covid, everything in the world is behind on materials. Our windows are beautiful, look superior quality, and look like they will last a lifetime. We previously had AAA Windows in Calgary installed in our custom built home and they were garbage and the company was a nightmare to deal with. SUCH A DIFFERENCE!

We ordered new doors they look amazing and Joe were very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

We had Canadian Choice replace all the windows in our home this fall, as most of our old windows had leaked the gas between the panes or no longer fully shut or sealed properly. We selected Canadian Choice out of several other companies as we found the designs and qualify of the windows they offered to be of high quality while having a competitive price point. Our sales representative, Inna, was very helpful, friendly, responsive and great to work with during the whole process. The installation crew led by Bulat and Igor showed up on time, and were very professional. They treated our home respectfully during the installation, which was done quickly and efficiently, and they also did a good job cleaning up after. We are very happy with our new windows and with the experience we had with Canadian Choice. We would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

We replaced the majority of windows in our home and are very happy with the service we received from Joe. The instal team was efficient and neat. Our new windows look amazing and were a great addition to updating the look of our home.
