From the sale to the installation the process was a great one. Joe made sure the process was seamless from the first time we met with him. The installation crew was stellar - cleaning up after themselves and very professional.

The whole experience from getting the quote to having the windows installed was very pleasant. Joe has walked us through the process in detail including financing and home rebates. He answered all of our questions promptly during our wait for the windows to be installed. Our front of the house looks terrific with the new bay window and I know it was built well and insulated because the guys (Vasily) had shown us what had been done before finishing it. I am so happy with the service.

I had three windows installed. The job was well done and around 2 hours (3 windows). A delay in the delivery date, but Joe was always approachable, kept me informed, and him and the team were able to sort out another install date within reason. Very happy with the install job. Joe made the experience definitely better.

Sales rep Joe is amazing, so much knowledge and helped us figure out the best windows and front door! Installers did a great job and cleaned everything up, even vacuumed and cleaned the outside of the windows! The quality of the windows is superior.

I replaced 13 windows and patio door! Mike was very personable walked me through purchasing process, offered professional advise and was timely in completing and ordering windows. Install crew was friendly and courteous to my familys needs. They were efficient and impeccably clean. Not to mention they worked for three days in 30 degree weather, like it was no big deal! Joe from Canadian Choice Windows showed me the products from his company and explained the options available to me. Joe knows his products well and was very thorough. We were very happy with the install which didnt take long at all.
