A few years ago I was doing renovations on my house and I got a referral for them from my parents who had a positive experience with them. The price and salesguy were good and the installation of my basement windows went well. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We dealt with Canadian Choice twice, although our first experience was better than the second. On the first job they came and did the installation of the windows and I found their installation to be very fabulous. They had two guys that did 7 windows and did it incredibly fast! The impression that I got was that they’re very professional. A rainstorm was coming and they worked against the grain but they got the job done before the rain came. The second time around we did a renovation and we had a contractor who we let do the install on the Canadian Choice product. Their lead time had changed though because it took longer to get the product and it changed the outcome of the install. I can’t say if that was totally their negligence (I think they used to make the windows themselves and I’m not sure if they still do) so the second time around we weren’t as happy, but we really like their product.

We were looking to replace windows so I did an internet search and I think they were the first company to come up. They replaced the three windows on the upper level of the house, and one door. Everything was perfect and I would recommend them to other people.

They put in two windows on the upper floor of my house and I didn't have a stellar experience with them. Because of the nature of my house there was a set of windows that I share with a neighbour and I asked the neighbour if she wanted to do the windows at the same time, so it would have a uniform look to it. I made arrangements for them to come see me, they gave a quote, and when they spoke with my neighbour there were some unfavourable racial remarks from the old school salesman, so we had to get a different salesman for her side and mine because of that encounter. The job wasn't bad, on one side of the house the trim work on the outside of the work was crooked, and on the interior of the house they used exterior caulking, which took 8 days to dry. I have a background in interior renovation and to use that chemical in someone's house (especially someone with kids) is unbelievable to me. Once it's been used you have to breathe it in and wait for it to dry. It would have been a much better experience if they had used other caulking.

They installed windows for us and since then we've spoken with the salesman and the installer and complained about the install and the fact that the windows don't seal. The front window went mouldy the day following the installation, and there's been moisture and ice buildup on every window from the day they were installed. Since Christmas (the time of installation) the installer has come back three times to look at them and keeps telling us that someone will follow up with us, but nobody has. We hope this will get resolved and someone will come fix our windows like we've been promised.

We were interested in the Eco Action Plan from the government where you get rebates for window installation so we went with Canadian Choice to install all our windows in our house. The old ones also couldn't anymore so the timing was perfect. Afterwards we had a problem with one of the installed windows that was cracked, but it was covered under their warranty.

I used them a few years ago (I can't remember if it was two or three years) and they made me a window, which I put in myself with a qualified professional. The service was good and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Just had Canadian Choice replace all the windows and doors in my house. From the initial sales conversation with Oliver, dealing with the headoffice, to the installation by the best team ever (Vladimir, Simon, Alexandre, Alexei and Ivan) my experience with Canadian Choice has been very pleasant. I'm not saying it was ideal - the order had to be modified a few times to get the correct door size and the installation appointments were pushed out a couple of times - nothing out of the ordinary, in my mind, when it comes to replacing a larger order of windows in the winter :) I have to point out that their sales people don't just sell you the product and disappear - Oliver consistently followed up throughout the process and even showed up on the installation date to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It's been a couple of weeks and I can't notice any issues with the installation like air leaks, missing parts, things coming off, etc. Thank you! PS: You still owe me a new window screen!! :)

I had windows replaced with Manny and installer Simon. The entire process is professional - Great value, professional sales and installation. Clean workers, on time and polite. Customer concerns put first. Great Job.

some holuigans smashed my front window of my house. Called canadian choice and they were there in a flash. They got my very large window replaced in no time so my energy bill was not through the roof. Thank you Canadian Choice!
