We're impressed with the quality of the windows that we purchased. The installation was fast, efficient and the installers were friendly and installed our windows without difficulty, We love our new windows!

I needed all the windows in my house replaced and called Alex and his team. I also checked out a few other companies but I found Alex explained the features of the windows in the most detail and provided a good understanding of the product and how it will contribute to maintaining the temperature within the house. He also provided the most attractive pricing and I feel that the quality was superior to the other potential vendors being interviewed. On the day of installation everything went as planned, his team worked very hard and efficiently and we've been pleased with our new windows over the past year. Alex also came by in the winter to see how the windows were working during the cold weather. Thank you Alex and your team for your efforts! We would highly recommend your team and will call you again in the future.

When I had George in to show me what windows he had, I told him of the bad experience I had with an entrance way install. He assured me that wouldn't happen with his firm. In mid December the installers came to install our new window. After they left I noticed a few issues (spliced trim, uneven reveal etc.). Then while inspecting further, more things came to light that were not at all acceptable so I brought these to George's attention. At first I thought the issues would be resolved in a timely manner,but that hasn't happened as it is now mid February and after many unreturned phone calls to find out where things stand I am feeling déjà vu. I am disappointed that this company has dropped the ball so badly on this as all I expect is some professional courtesy by returning calls, after all that's part of what we pay for.

I personally thank Mr. Oliver Soroka and his crew. The work they did was excellent and our church member's and people who passed by admire your beautiful work.. Continue the good work and your honesty in dealing with customer. God Bless.

I completely satisfied with the outcome of the installation with canadian choice. Alexander Pridatko my sales Rep. MY FRIEND gave the information about canadian choice and I have to spread/tell to all my friends. Installation was exellent quality explanation was great.

We decided to go with CCW after getting 3 quotes to replace our large living room window. The replacement window was a tad smaller than the original but they still managed to fit and seal. Wasn't too happy about that and also realized afterwards that the new window didn't have a jamb to attach our blinds to. They knew that the original windows had them. They did send someone to install it and gave us a discount on the cost of the new blinds since our old one doesn't fit anymore due to the smaller size window.

We had some windows replaced approximately a year ago, and are in the process of getting an exterior door replaced at the moment. We've been very happy with the quality of the products and the installation, and with the customer service. They don't try to constantly upsell you - they'll point out other options, but in a pressure-free way. And they'll even give you options that don't include just their products if that's more in line with what you're looking for than what they carry. Great company to deal with.

After a lot of hours searching online we decided to have Canadian Choice Windows install our doors and windows. I asked for several changes during the process and all were no problem. our sales rep (forgot name) was very helpful and even gave personal cell #. All 4 windows and screen door were installed on time and in one day. We have saved approx. $60.00 per month on gas bill.

This is my 3rd time using Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. First two times I had windows and a patio door installed. I called Alex again who came promptly and gave me a great price. Is not the cheapest quote I got, but I know they do good quality work and they installed my front door perfectly with a nice seal. I told them I wanted to keep my old steel door and they were able to remove it perfectly so I could resell it.
