I answered a telemarketer's call re this company and because we had been looking for some time into new windows without finding any satisfactory products, arranged a visit and quotation. We were very pleased with the quality, appearance, function and warranty of Canadian Choice's samples and Mr. Sachyk, their Sales Manager, was most helpful in suggesting the best design for each location. The price quote was well within our budget and we signed up on the spot. A few weeks later, a crew of 3 showed up right on time and had the 14 windows installed and trimmed and the work areas immaculately tidied in less than 5 hours. The appearance is excellent and the opening mechanisms are smoother than any others we had sampled. A great experience overall, and one we have shared with numerous friends. I unhesitatingly recommend Canadian Choice!

I would like to thank Alex Sachyk (Sales Men) for Canadian Choice. I had done my homework and had several companies give me quotes. I was so impressed with Alex and his product that my final decision was with him. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone I know in need of replacement windows/doors. This crew was professional, pleasant, quick and very knowledgeble. We needed some extra work done to some wood rot and they went above and beyond to make it perfect. Now I can't wait to get our windows done! The patio door is perfect in every way!

We had received quotes from a few competitors and none of them came close to the quality description of material and price that Canadian Choice Windows and Doors came up with. Alex Davidovich painted such a great picture of what we would end up with, that we couldn't wait for Paul and his team to come and install them. When we conteplated having the Bay Window put in, Alex gave us the exact information needed for us to make the decision, and of course the price difference that they offered, we just couldn't pass it up. The end result..., ABSOLUTE PERFECT!!!. Alex mentioned that we wouldn't be disappointed and he was absolutely right. We are completely satisfied with the selection and installation of 3 casement windows and a new window for a remodeled exterior door. Marina Pridatko helped us to choose the best windows for our needs and made special arrangements with the factory to match the colour of our exterior trim. The installers, Gino and Vitali, were professional, polite, fast, and tidy, with careful attention to details. We are happy we chose Canadian Choice Windows & Doors.

I had my windows installed yesterday and I could not be happier! The salesman was clear and helpful, I knew nothing about windows or the process and he made it very clear an simple. The installers arrived perfectly on time, worked tirelessly all day and were done the entire house by dinner, it was amazing. They left everything perfectly clean, you would never have known they here, except for the beautiful new windows. I used to here the bus go by, the wind rattle and if the neighbors were partying, I hear nothing now. New windows are worth the investment and Canadian Choice is a great choice!

We started replacing our windows in 2002 with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. We have had no problems with the vinyll windows already installed and they're so much easier to clean and require no painting except for the moulding that frames the windows. You could opt for non-paintable moulding but we like the look of wood and didn't mind putting on the final coat of paint. We have a combination of slide and tilt windows, bow windows, casement windows and sliding doors. Except for sliding doors, we had windows installed stud to stud to maximize the window size and ensure there was no rot in the existing wood framing. This costs a bit more but is worth it if you have rot concerns. We just finished ordering the remainder of the house windows and sliding doors. The price above is for 4 windows and 2 sliding doors (one with blinds built in). These are energy star windows with 272 LoE2 for superior energy savings . Its a convenient 3 stage process. A helpful person visits your home and helps you choose the right window and options and you negotiate what work you want done. Once you've committed to buying, someone visits at a convenient time and does detailed measurements. The final step is the installation of new windows and removal of the old ones. In all, it takes between 6-8 weeks from first visit to installation.

Havig Salesman Myron was a breeze to deal with, He did not put any pressure on me to buy, and even when I asked his opinion on an entrance door and basement windows, he did not feel it was necessary to replaced them. But if I insisted, he would not have refused my request. The Installers were efficient and timely. Great windows at a reasonable price when compared with another competitor. I have already recommended Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to a friend who has replaced her bay window and entrance door. G.Thomas

Overall we are very happy with our project. Our sales rep Bonnie was courteous and knowledgable. It was also helpful that she was able to provide a quote during her visit and the pricing was quite competitve compared to other companies we contacted. The time between our order and installation was about 6 weeks, which was what we were told. The installers were professional and efficient, and laid down drop clothes and cleaned up carefully. There were also a couple of quirky elements to the installation but Michael was able to come up with nice solutions. There were a couple minor issues with the installation but everything was completed in one day. The windows and door look great and we have no concerns about recommending Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to others.
