I am very satisfied with the professionalism and courteous nature shown by Michael and his apprentice. They laid down carpets near the window and replaced all my existing windows. I highly recommend them.

I got all new windows (7) and each and every window leaks air in about a 2.5 inch lenghth on two sides of the upper window. The wind that blows makes the window makes it the rooms much cooler. When my cat lays on the window sill and gets up, he feels very cold. Even my 40 year old windows didn't do that to the cat. I have still trying to get the company to fix the problem. They sent it over the the manufacture that still won't admit ther is a problem with the windows and says it is within the air leakage. He thinks he may be able to do a patch job. I don't want a patch job and want proper working windows. The company was good with everything up till I had a problem after the installation.

my wife wants a bay window in master room but she forgot to ask builder to do it. she called Canadian window and she got it! the window looks very nice as ours is ravine lot. it only took 1 day to install it even we have to paint it by ourselves. now we like it very much.

Their sales rep Alex Davidovitch came to our house to complete a quotation. He took the time to explain the various options and their advantages vs disadvantages clearly. Alex tells it like it is and was helpful in making recommendations that will give us the most value for price. The installation by Paul and his crew was very quick, clean, and the overall quality was nothing short of amazing. They arrived for their job right on time and was set up and began the installation within minutes. They also made sure to clean everything up, leaving very little clean up when they are done (a little dusty for the bay window installation but that's to be expected since that was a big job and took most of the day to install, meaning there was an opening for dust to get into the house for a long period of time). The products themselves were of good quality and was installed beautifully. Definitely recommending Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, Alex, and Paul to anyone who are thinking about replacing some windows.

The window installation went very well... Alex Davidovitch is an amazing sales person and really takes the necessary time to explain all aspects, features and benefits of all of the window options. Alex D even came back to my home to run the sales pitch for a 2nd time to my wife... spent over 8 hours total with my wife and I to get this sale. Alex is 100% committed to service and excellence. As for the installation team... WOW!!! these guys know how to work clean. Other than a few pieces found outside (which I really had to look for) they were amazing. Very Friendly! Simon and his team were great and I would recommend them 100%. We are a young couple that wanted to improve the value of our home and Canadian Choice Windows and Doors Made it happen. Thank your Alex, Simon and team for great service! We got 3 quotes from compaines bidding for our job (these guys had the most added value for the money... not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either). For Our project we had 25 Windows and 1 patio door installed in 2 days total! Beautiful cuts on the casing for the interior of the house. We had 1 call back due to a touch up that needed to be competed and within 1.5 weeks they were in our home to fix the job. Thanks again Canadian Choice... If you are reading this as a consumer... you are silly if you do not go with these guys.
