Front door renovation
We were thinking to change our front door since last winter and finally we've got exactly what we need. The salesrep was very kind and helpful. He helped us to choose the style and coloure and the type of our door. Everything was done quickly, on time and very professionally. I'm so pleased with the service provided and I am planning on telling all my friends about the exceptional service that we received. Thanks again, guys, good job!!

Windows Renovation
Elena and Alex from Thornhill We were coming from shopping and saw the installers were working on our neighbours’ house. Our house is eleven years old and we were thinking of a renovation for the windows and doors. We asked the installers about the company they worked for and contacted the office. Next week the salesman came and gave us the estimation. He was so professional and didn’t mind answering all our questions. Actually, the price was good comparing two other companies. On the installation day the installers worked the whole day and did their job perfectly and all the mess was removed after. We were impressed by the fact that the salesman, Alex, checked the job and that shows his professionalism and responsibility. We’d like to say thanks to him and the installers and would highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows to anyone looking for new windows. Thank you!

windows
We where shoping around, and took 5 estimates one year ago. We had 2 windows installed by another company it was awful. Its good we did not go for the whole home at once. We changed those two windows and the others with Canadian Choice. The job was perfect and clean. We got something called the white glove service, the home was covered in fabric before the installation and all the mess was removed after. The installers; Paul, Victor and Alex we wanted to send a special thanks for the extra careful and profesional job they did for us.Also we would like to say thanks to our salesman Stan, who was there throughout the whole installation, Keep doing a great job.

Whole home Change window
I live in an older home and needed someone with lots of experience, to get the job done. I got canadian choice to change all the windows in my home build a bay window in the front instead of a large window which was there. Once I signed the contract, an installer came by in about a week to take a second set of measurements. On the installation day the installers showed up around 8:30am and worked like crazy until about 6. They where done in one day, which was a nice surprise. I would definatly recomend canadian choice to others.

doors
We were looking for a wooden door for a long time,it was my wife's dream to have one. It was very important to us that we had the best quality door. It's a good thing that we found this company, because only a few companies in Canada makes solid wood doors. Other companies claim that they have solid wood doors but they are made of veneer. Very good product, excellent installations and special thanks to installers Simon and Bob. Good job guys, we are very happy!

window and door installation
They left in the middle of the job with no explanation when I questioned why they could not finish the work. They told me I had to make another booking to complete the work. I have since booked 7 more appointments. They have not shown up for any of them. I have sent a total of eleven (11) e-mails to five (5) different people in the company. No one has replied to any calls or e-mails. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. The caulking is falling off the windows, my floor is cracked from where they installed the door and my house feels more draughty.

Window Replacement
A few nieghbours on our street had their windows replaced with Canadian Choice Windows so the company was recommended by quite a few people and we were able to see their work in-person. We had all of the windows in the house replaced. The windows look great, a great quality product at a competitive price (we had 5 other quotes). The ONLY complaint would be the fact that I had to spend hours picking up screws around the perimeter of the house. Apparently they were supposed to use a machine with a magnet to pick them all up (that never happened). Also, the installers broke a few plastic window coverings on the basement windows. I picked up all of the screws... and the plastic coverings which were old, I simply considered them a casualty of renovations. I didn't even call the company to complain because my wife and I are generally very happy with the work completed. Although I'm sure Oleg would have done everything possible to make us happy if I were to complain, it wasn't necessary. The moral of the story is to make sure the installers clean up properly before you let them go. Either way, I would recommend Canadian Choice Windows to anyone looking for new windows. 9/10 (-1 for the mess) Thanks for the great work!

Windows and doors replaced
In December 2009 the company installed new windows and doors in my home. I was impressed with the saleswoman (Marina) and the installer (Chris). This was however until I noticed that they failed to install one screen on a window. The next day I noticed and that's when the extremely poor service started. They have ignored my phone calls, ignored the Better Business Bureau and now I've spoken to a lawyer about small claims court. Such a small thing to fix, they seem to be perfectly willing to ignore their contractual obligations and are to be hoping that I'll just go away. Think two or three times before going with this company.

Replace to upper cranke windows and replace front door
In september we had Canadian Choice windows come into our home and give a quote for 2 bedroom window and a front door. They came prepared the woman had a model of the window in small format to model how the window would look and how the different openings work. We felt Like we made a great decision going this the company.

Basement and Kitchen Windows
My husband and I just bought a house and the basement windows were in really bad conditions. We knew from day 1 we needed to chance them as soon as we move in. We got numerous estimates, until I got Oleg, from Canadian Choice to come over. We told him we were working on a budget and showed him what needed to be done. He not only gave us many options of designs, but also was able to work well with our budget. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Then Igor came to measure the windows and he was also a very nice guy. I was impressed on how professional they are and how fast the windows were installed. I already recommended Oleg to my mother-in-law, who changed the windows in her house and to my coworker, who's having all the windows in her house changed. Both myself and my mother-in-law are very happy with our new windows and I'm looking forward for next year, when I'll have my side door and bay window :) oh... almost forgot: they have a referral program as well. The incentives are great and they are very good in sending them to you. I recommend contacting Oleg if you want a really good price for a great product!
