    Hi Quality Product and Install

    Replace half the windows on the second floor, products are quite nice and the install team was great!

    Happy with the Windows, Excellent Installers

    The installers did an excellent job. I asked them to replicate some existing, complex trim (for an extra fee). They installers did so with diligence. They were attentive to what I had to say and took time to carefully match the existing trim. I am very happy with the results. I am also mostly happy with the windows. The larger hung windows in the master bedroom don't open all the way, which they said is normal. However my existing Jeld-Wen windows open all the way, as do the smaller ones in the kids's bedrooms, so its clearly possible. This was a bit disappointing, but they open far enough, so its not a huge deal. Otherwise we're quite happy with the windows. Also note that they don't paint the interior trim (which is normal - no-one paints the trim, but I didn't know that) so keep that in mind.

    Unprofesssional Quote

    I found a better quote elsewhere and the professional who came harrassed me for days and then REFUSED to cancel the order. Saying that I had to call various sub-contractors myself. I canceled within the 10 days so this is EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior.

    Windows replaced

    Our windows were in dire need of being replaced. It took eight months for the entire process. They were installed in early spring. The weather was a big factor due to having to replace approximately 30 windows. Stan did his best to coordinate a style of windows that not only are very beautiful and suited to our house but cost effective also. Yuri came to measure and install with Kyle and Alex. They did a wonderful job installing. They were very careful, respectful, pleasant and worked diligently to get a very large job done one day early. Although it was a very messy job they did their best to clean up after themselves and protect our belongings. We had to replace the handles on our sliding doors, Stan came to replace one of them within a few weeks of the install. Thank you for a job well done.

    New windows look great

    This company gave me the best quote for windows. Told me They would be installed January-March but ended up being installed mid April. Communication could have been a bit better, if I didnt call in April to find out the status who knows when they would have been installed. The installers were great, kept everything clean and installed the windows quickly. They didnt leave any debris behind and the new windows look amazing as well as the trim

    Window Replacement

    We had 7 older windows replaced. Mike gave us a great deal and was very helpful sorting out the financing. The installers did a great job and had everything done in a day. The windows look great!

    New Windows for our home!

    We replaced 80% of our windows with Canadian Choice and we are about to complete the remaining 20% as we are extremely satisfied with their services. We are so so happy we chose this company. And with all honesty, our sales consultant was the main reason we chose Canadian Choice - thank you Jemal! Jemal, you were extremely professional, well-poised, honest and transparent with us throughout the process. We cannot thank you enough for all of your knowledge and candidness. We wish you much success. The installers were on time, provided us with timely updates, and completed the installation clean with no mess. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of replacing your windows, their prices are also fairly reasonable for the quality of products they offer and have 0% financing options available to those requiring deferred payment plans.     Excellent windows and service

    We replaced 15 windows in our home as the old windows were letting the cold air in. We can really feel the temperature difference with the new windows. The windows look great and the installers were amazing.
