Marc the salesman was very informative. Helped us pick the windows we wanted Gino and the other gentleman with him were great installing the windows. As an older home We had many challenges. He showed us how to lock them open them to clean ! ***. We have noticed some issues now *** A service ticket is being done. Lets see what happens with customer service.

Our windows needed replacement. I got quotes from different vendors in fall of 2019 ,Canadian Choice being one, by the time we made our decision pandemic hit. Fast forward 2 years after went through the same process of getting quotes since the prices had sky rocketed. Graeme from Canadian Choice provided us a quote and explained all the details and showed us the sample of what we should expect. He gave us a time frame when the project will be cometed. There were 2 guys so nice and helpful got the job done one day They clean up the mess and took the old windows and door explain how the new windows open and take out the screen

Decided to finally replace 11 windows including a basement patio door and large fixed window along with all of our bedroom windows. Very glad we did. Windows and install was great. Looking forward to many years with our new windows. I would recommend this company!

We had 20 windows and 3 doors scheduled to be installed over 3 days, but they finished in 2! Everything was explained as they worked and all questions answered patiently. The only cleanup we had to do was the dust that settled outside the work area but even that was minimal after following the suggestions they gave prior to beginning. Removing all the old windows and doors they discovered very little insulation had been used. With the new windows and doors properly installed, there has been a significant decrease in noise heard from outside as well as a leveling of heat distribution throughout the house. We are very impressed by the whole experience and have already recommended them to several friends and family!

The company sent out 2 different crew members to install my windows and patio door. When the window installation came by they did not have a ladder to reach the second floor so they come back the next day to install all my windows in one day.. The guys that came by to install my patio door was by far the best crew I've seen. One of the installer name was Igor and he answered all my questions and kept me up to date on the installation. He even took pictures of the installed windows and doors saying. I can tell Igor is very dedicated and proud of his work. A few days after the installation I noticed missing caulking around one of the windows, a few quick calls to the company they finally sent someone too finish the caulking. Was glad to see Igor come back to fix this issue.. I emailed pictures regarding water issues under one of the windows they installed and they responded via email that it looks like oil. This cannot be oil as it's not close to our cooking area.. I need them to send someone to my house to inspect the water issue and ensure the installation of the window was done properly. I've added pictures of the missing caulking and the water stains under one of the windows. I need someone from the company to come by inspect the installation of the window. I will update my review once they prove to me that send behind their installation guarantee UPDATE: someone from the company came by and looked the marks under the window and noted it's not water issue and the instalation of the window was done correctly. Thinking of haveing someone cut out the drywall to ensure this is not water issue..

I had 12 windows and my front door replaced just over a year ago and had them come back to do the big bow window that really didnt need a new window. I did however need it to be more functional so I had them install windows that would open for more air flow. The crews that came out both times were quick and efficient, cleaned up after and took away all the old windows. I love my new door and windows and would highly recommend this company if your looking to replace your windows and doors.
