    Window replacement

    The Sales Representative provided the lowest quote of the 4 companies I had contacted. He was readily available and got things done (acting as my primary contact). The installation team completed the job on time (even working late into the evening). They were professional and completed a thorough clean-up - both outside and inside. The front office were also helpful, having provided me with a detailed invoice that was required by the Greener Homes Grant program. It's been 6 months since the installation and we remain happy with the new windows (e.g. much less condensation).

    Replacement Doors

    We had three replacement doors put in two of the doors were exactly what we ordered but the third one was not. It was to be a three frosted pane door instead we got a single top frosted pane door. The doorframe was already removed and the door put up and we noticed it wasnt the door we ordered. We called the company about the error and we were told they had to investigate where the error in communication went wrong on our order. Its been two weeks and we havent heard from them and they have our money. Until they get back to us on what they will do, we are giving them a 1 rating. Review Update: Jay responded to our inquiry and the company has came through and will replace the incorrect door they installed with the one we actually ordered. Another update to follow after installation of the replacement door. Thank you, Jay.

    Not your standard project

    This was not a standard size window so we had Canadian Choice Windows and Doors make and install it for us from our design idea. They did an awesome job. The installer, Igor, worked by himself, removed the old patio door and installed the new one, and cleaned up every bit of debris when he was finished. Asked us to inspect it before he left too. Thanks to Mr. O'Donnell for making it all happen. We could not be happier and everyone thinks it looks awesome.

    17 Windows and Door

    Our sales rep Inna P. was very helpful and informative. She guided us through every step of the process. Our requests were executed perfectly with no hiccups. Luka(installer) did a fantastic job installing the windows and door. Kept everything clean and completed on time as promised.

    Great Company

    Had all my windows done by this company. The whole house including the sliding door to my sunroom (which was custom size). Our salesman Mike came to the house and was friendly and very knowledgeable. He guided us on the best choice for windows for our home. There were no upcharge tactics or shady business practice. Just honest advice. My wife and I love our windows and have already recommended Mike and Canadian Choice windows tour our friend down the street. We are so happy to have found this company and I tell everyone about our positive experience. Do yourself a favor give them a call and ask for Mile, you wont regret it! Sorry for the pic but its the only one on my phone(my house was getting a new exterior as well.

    15 windows, 2 sliding doors, and 3 entrance doors

    Went through a variety of quotes from a variety of companies. Often waiting days before the quotes would come in despite being promised "i'll send you the quote later tonight". Then when I got them, I couldn't find the windows they were recommending on the Greener Home Grant list of approved products. Marc L. from Canadian Choice did it all on the spot, generated the full quote at my kitchen, and emailed it to me before leaving. Then he answered about a billion emails. Made some last minute changes. Updated and resent the quote PDF in about 5min. Now its just the waiting game to actually get them installed. Fingers crossed!

    Windows and energy star rating ?

    I had 11 windows installed and everything seemed to be fine .had a couple of things that they touched up but .the windows are drafty. Never did see the energy star rating. They told me and showed me the numbers in a email. But not the official version of the energy star rating. I highly doubt that these windows meet the standards of the energy star rating system. And they say my windows are fine and my drafty problem is not the windows. .

    Our service department, along with our factory manager and installer manager have looked through your case. There is absolutely no way a fixed window can be drafty. As we stand behind our warranty, we provided the service to you to come and check if everything was done to proper installation standards. We checked if there is adequate foam (which there was), we resealed your glass units and also re-caulked your trim. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your window. Cold floors can be due to a variety of reasons - could be that you do not have proper insulation in your walls. As Ilana explained in the previous email, it could be due to the convection of cold air that you are feeling. Especially since the windows are new and are sealed correctly, this could add to the convection becoming stronger. Also, you had your windows installed 2 years ago. You can look up the nrcan numbers on the nrcan website as you probably removed the stickers by now.

    Great service experience with Tony Dicesare

    This rating is based purely on my service experience to date as I am currently waiting for delivery/installation of my products. I was referred to Tony from someone who'd recently had all of their windows and exterior doors replaced by Canadian Choice. I could the quality of the work and asked for the contact. When I reached out, Tony responded right away and arranged an appointment just a day or two out. I initially ordered an front door but have since decided to order several windows and even a set of patio doors. I have found the experience with Tony to be excellent. He is responsive and comes across as open and honest and did an amazing job explaining the projects to me to help me make an informed decision about what to purchase. Tony was accommodating with questions. understanding when it came to a needed change in our order, and always took the time, never once making me feel pressured to make a decision. Although I can see he is busy, he never once rushed a conversation. Tony knows his products and takes the time to know his customers. Our install is coming up soon. If the install as well as may dealing with Tony, we will be absolutely thrilled.

    windows & patio doors

    Mike our sales person was great, answered all questions & suggested ideas for some windows, which I love. Alex & Tim did excellent work installing the windows & doors & they explained everything for operating the windows & doors. They left everything very clean. Very satisfied & would recommend Canadian Choice to everyone. Thank you!!!
