    We met Salesman Mike S. after requesting quote on window replacement. He is helpful and knows his stuff.

    I’m Impressed !!

    I’m had my windows installed in two stages. Both times I’ve worked with Jemal in sales. He has been helpful through both projects and I have referred him to others. The Installers were proficient both times and worked hard through the day in cold weather. Thank you Canadian Choice and thank you Jemal.

    Great experience

    Great customer service provided by all staff. Our order took longer because of supply issues due to Covid, but great experience overall. Sales representative was always available to assist with any questions and concerns. Quality of windows and workmanship of installation surpassed our expectations. The curb appeal of our home has improved with appearance of our new windows. Thank you for a great experience!

    Windows

    The crew did a remarkable job considering that it was early December and cold. They worked with the daylight hours dwindling. But they accomplished it. Well done.

    Don’t buy from these guys as the windows in details were specked for max rebate but the windows they installed are not qualified for the fed rebate.

    Whole home Windows/Front Door/Patio Installation...

    We Ordered windows in May 2021, Installation (Sept2021) was delayed a few months because of Covid delays. We were told the windows were Energy Star compliant and will be covered under the current Energy Rebates in Ontario. We had out nice windows installed, but there were no Energy Star rated stickers on them. Tried to Contact Alex S, and Oleg S but emails were ignored regarding this, in the end, we were told our 20k window does not fall under the rating and rebate programs. I also requested a proper invoice/receipt of payment, I received a generic document and it was created using MS Word document templates. There was no official company HST/GST number, description/part number of windows were none existent. We had some windy weather a few weeks back and windows were shaking, call and they told me this is normal, not to worry about it. Canadian Choice/Windows Canada.

    Garage and Cold Room Windows

    We had given up on finding a reliable and reasonably priced window company until we discovered Canadian Choice. We highly recommend them and intend to have them come back in the near future. They provided honest, prompt service and excellent work. They performed as per the contract and per their word. We value honesty in business and Canadian Choice did not let us down. They are a trustworthy company - overall professional and efficient. We love our windows and paid a little extra for top of the line quality.

    Happy with sales, service and installation. Installers left our home neat and tidy. Would recommend Canadian Choice.

    Windows

    I'm so glad we picked Canadian windows and doors,the workmanship was equal to none.Also the quality of the windows are more than expected. I will encourage anyone to buy these windows.
