Windows
Mike came our the first time gave me a price for what I wanted all double hung windows,plus he offered a vent in the bathroom as I have none. He never gave me my paperwork so as not having that had to have him come back. When he came back exact price as before but pushed me to get bathroom and kitchen different , no matter how I tried to tell him I wanted double hung in all windows. I do not like the 2 windows as the only way that I can clean them is with a ladder. I am only on pensions so not easy getting this kind of money I should get what I want. The installers were the best. I used to get such a breeze coming thru now not so much.

Windows and Doors replacement
Marc helped us with a consultation for replacing all of our windows and doors. Marc was very professional and friendly. He walked us through all of the options and choices. He was very knowledgeable about all of the types of windows, options and benefits of various options. Overall he made the whole process very easy and we feel very confident with our decision to use Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

Window Replacement
We used Canadian Choice Windows to replace 3 windows in on the front of the house. From initial meeting to end of installation, the process was smooth, professional, on budget, on time and clean. Mike, our sales person, called to ensure that all was completed successfully and was easy to work with. I have no hesitation at all to recommend them if you require new windows. Thanks for a great experience. We will surely contact you again when we do the rear of the house.

Whole house windows
We had a great experience all things considered during the pandemic. Installation was seamless. We are happy with our windows and customer service! Thank you!

Cottage windows
A fantastic experience from the beginning quote with Vince right down to the expert installation team headed up by David. We would highly recommend Canadian Choice and look forward to using them again on our next project. Ryan and Denise Martin

Porch Windows
Windows were replaced in the porch and the bathroom. It took half a year until the windows were ready. The install was efficient and they cleaned up very well. Windows look great. Large frames around them but it looks great to us.

Poor Customer Service - Do not stand by their product.
Reached out to the company 5 months after installation. It took numerous attempts to get hold of someone in service. (blame it on Covid) I had 3 problems: patio door lock and 2 windows with internal scratches that would have been done at the factory level. The lock was repaired within a month. The scratches inside the two panes of glass that a human does not have access to is NOT covered under warranty. You have 2 weeks to notice and get back to them. REALLY!!! Doesn't say that anywhere. I would have to pay for the glass replacement. BUYER BEWARE.... SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Window installation
The saleswoman was prompt and courteous, the work was done in a reasonable time frame and was properly installed.
