    Window Replacement

    Good people work here. Worked with Stan and really appreciated his responsiveness and dedication. It made a difference while navigating the challenging supply and demand issues due to current covid times. He went above and beyond answering questions and coordinating the installation. Office reception also helpful. The install team was great too, very satisfied with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended. Thanks!

    Fix broken bottom seal in the Window ( Job done Nov 2021)

    I contacted Mr. Alex from CCW to replace the broken bottom seal. Me. Alex was very courtious and professional and he sent MR, Filipe to do the job. When Mr. Filipe came to do the job i was away and he patiently waited for me. Mr. Filipe finished the job in no time and he was very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy i chose Canadian Choice windows to replace my existing doors & windows 6 years ago. Keep up the good job guys and thank you for fixing our issue. stay well & safe Bavan

    New windows

    Window Replacement

    I’m very impressed with not just the quality of Canadian Choice Windows, but with the guidance and advice provided by Stan our Sales/Product Advisor as well as our Installers - Mike and Eugene. Stan gave us some fantastic recommendations with respect to colour, product, Window Openings, etc. He even guided us with decisions both from an ROI versus Utility and enjoyment. He was very helpful!!! As for the Installation, Mike and Eugene were a great team! They took a lot of care, cleaned up the dust and debris and even put up with me with my request for a few finishing touches. I have already recommended Canadian Choice to neighbours and friends and would be comfortable recommending this team to others also.

    Bay Window Replacement

    We had our Bay window replaced, as there was some water damage from the old window. The crew that came to change out the window was excellent! They came at the pre- arranged time and worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work done and the final result looks flawless.

    What a headache

    I was super excited to get new windows and doors and after a long extensive search we decided to get a quote from Canadian choice, the sales person Blair came no problem everything was great he was great when we signed then never to be seen or heard of again after emails and calls trying to rectify an issue from his side.. so august to nov..we agreed on a. Sliding screen door that didn't end up coming in and Blair hadn't even put it on order?? Fine this situation after weeks of back and forth of this.. finally came we had discussed 0% financing that then changed to 8% by the way two windows can cracked and they had to install them that way or I wouldn't be able to have my windows done Then they come to fix it and yet another window broken? Like how long should it take to get a window fixed Trying to get a hold of anyone and accountability we like pulling teeth finally Hannah contacts me about financing that they waited to long to put it thorough she said they have to reapply... and at 8% is this the gimmick? Installers were amazing they were kind and very professional... now it's snowed and all the curling around my windows and doors is now turning pink???? Is this normal? Definitely do an extensive search before deciding on this company I've had nothing but headaches and no one gets back to me after spending so much money

    Avoid this Company - Horrid customer service

    I selected this company to replace all our windows. I will start by saying the quality of the product is very good. That is NOT the issue. The issue is their horrendous service. From delay after delay for installation, to wrong product being installed to continually being misleading about timelines and replacing product to not accepting responsibility for THEIR error. The frustration of dealing with this company isn't worth it. Had we known their customer service was this bad and they they fail to accept responsibility for their errors or continual dismissal of real complaints or compensation. They aren't worth the stress. I would recommend finding a local door and window company that stands behind what they sell. This company most doesn't, especially if you're in Western Canada. Just as a reminder to their management, Canada continues beyond the Ontario border!

    Front Entrance Door

    Stan reviewed our choices for our New Front Door, Door Lock and Glass Insert. He made us feel comfortable in selecting the best fit for our budget, safety and curb appeal. Slava the installer was the expert with professionalism and explained the process of installation. He installed, tested, and aligned the door to perfection. The whole purchase to installation was handled in a professional and efficient manner. We love our New Door and have received many compliments. We will refer to our family and friends.
