Window Replacement
Thank you Canadian Choice Windows This group is professional and experienced Starting with estimator Mike he was an absolute pleasure to work with, Mike measured the windows that we were replacing, thoroughly explained the product and our options and helped us put a package together that met all our needs Office support was friendly whenever we had any questions Our window delivery and install date was delayed due to Covid, no big deal as it was definitely worth the wait Finally the big day arrives we are excitedYes apprehensive, having 30 years in the construction industry and personally put it in over 1000 windows, I had my fingers crossed hoping that all goes well When David and his crew showed up, any and all of my concerns were put to rest From putting the first drop sheet down to cleaning up the work area at the end of the day, these men performed at a professional level The new Windows look great, operate with ease and well make a huge contribution to our energy savings. I have and will continue to recommend this company to family and friends Great job people

Windows and Doors
Stan was great to work with. He clearly had a lot of experience as he walked us through the process and showed us all of our options. His recommendations were excellent. Mike and his crew were very professional, very quick, and they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Our new windows and doors are beautiful!

Windows and Doors Installation
The installation went smoothly. During the transit one window glass was broken but a service order was filed immediately and hopefully it will be replaced soon. Tony D. did a very good job and he was always there to help. Yury and Kyle replaced and installed the doors and windows. They used to arrive always on time and after the work was done they cleaned everything very nicely. These guys know what they are doing. I highly recommend Canadian Choice.

Window replacement
We are very happy with the replacement of our windows. Canadian Window and doors installers where very polite and did excellence work from start to finish. The only problem we encounter was that the windows did not have the energy star stickers on them, which a requirement for the rebate. We are still waiting on approval from the government rebate program, if the pdf we were given will be acceptable.

Windows and Slider Door
Very professional well organized company. Joe W.(sales) was awesome in directing us to the right product, his suggestions were perfect. Received several updates from the installation crew on delivery timing and the installation date. Installation was tidy and completed within the time frame we were told. We are thrilled with the finished product and look forward to using Canadian Choice in the future. I would recommend Joe and Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to anyone. Ross T. Oakville.

Stay clear if you have a century log home
The unnecessary stress of this job was unreal. Leaving chinking from our home hanging off the side of our house with insulation obviously unprotected from the elements. Being told siding out log home would be best since they had no idea what do to with the finishing touches. Cut chunks out of the finishing door pieces. Unsatisfied with the basement window due to its miniature size compared to its mate. The lack of communication is very unprofessional. Worst experience I could have ever imagined. The chinking did get professionally fixed compliments of Canadian choice. As well as the door pieces. Windows and doors appear nice. Installation seemed poor considering finishes.

Windows and front door
I purchased my home in 2005 and I'm sure the windows were original to day it was built which I imagine was in the 70's. I am beyond sastisfied with the windows, front door and the workmanship
