    Windows and patio door

    I got my windows and patio door installed today. The staff at Canadian Choice Windows and Doors are very friendly great customer service. We dealt with Inna and I’m very happy and please with the service that we received. I love my windows and door they look so beautiful.

    Great choice!

    I am really pleased with my experience with Tony D and the staff who have installed the windows. I made the right choice. The windows are beautiful and function well. Highly recommend.

    Windows

    We were very happy with the salesperson Bonnie and the installers of our new windows. We replaced all windows in our house . Bonnie came on the day of installation to make sure everything was set up correctly.

    Follow-up Service for Doors

    I could not open my front door with the key from outside. After I contact Alex from Service Department, Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, he sent Dimitri to fix my problem. Dimitri identified and fixed the problem in no time by adjusting the hole plate on the door frame. He also fixed the squeaky door hinges by a spray. I'm so impressed by Dimitri's knowledge and skills. He's also extremely friendly and polite, such a wonderful personality. Due to the excellent experience with the follow-up services, I highly recommend Canadian Windows and Doors! Due to the excellent experience with the follow-up services of Canadian Choice Windows & Doors, I recommend it to anyone needs service of windows or doors.

    Great sales rep, immaculate workmanship

    Amazing sales rep. He made everything possible. Very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. He was there every step of the way and was always available to listen and help out as much as he can.

    New custom sliding doors , new front door and new back door

    We first meet joe when we wanted to replace a front window that had lost its vapour barrier , in that talk, we talk about a back door instead of the window that was there , 3 months later i had sliding door that amazing . Later in the summer joe was talking to a neighbour about his windows, with that talk our back door that was that that lead to enclosed sun porch , we had taken down needed something different . 4months later beautiful doors front and back . Thanks Joe

    Working with Tony D. was an absolute pleasure! Tony was extremely patient, we never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the window and doors business inside and out. The installation process took longer than expected (due to COVID-19) - Tony stayed in touch with us the entire time which only made the buying experience more enjoyable.     Windows replacement

    Jemal’s exceptional customer service is the greatest asset of the Canadian Choice corporation. Unquestionable, our experience with Jemal represents among the highest levels of customer service we have ever experienced and let me tell you, I am serious about customer services as it is the face of a corporation that the client sees. Out of the six companies we inquired during our search for our new windows, once we met and interacted with Jemal at the showroom our minds were made. The information was accurate and in-depth and his responses to queries were turned around very fast and with no hesitation. Jemal was particularly respectful of our ideas, for example on the matter of the Golden ratio for the partition of the casement/fixed windows. His answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make an informed decision minimising the end-to-end time to process complex details among a number of issues before and after the installation of our brand-new beautiful windows.

    Jemal was a great salesman, followed up by a great installation. Overall quite pleased with the experience and product. I would recommend this company to friends and family. We’ll done.

    Re broken middle pane in sliding door. no warranty no service.

    middle pane shattered.edmonton office no warranty.said I would pay last march.they said ordered be june.still nothing wont return calls blaming manufacturer.Had 3 other manufacturers look said shuold be warranty.dont care need fixed.The worst service we have ever experienced! now have contacted manufacturer they said they would look into problem.2 Weeks ago. now waiting and hoping for some resolution? Like windows edmonton office terrible service. hoping manufacturer reads this and does somthing about this!

    Hello Ross, unfortunately glass that was broken by someone is not under warranty. Tempered glass is meant to shatter if broken and not fall to pieces.
