    windows look amazing - the guys who installed did a fantastic job!! very friendly and knowledgeable

    I would highly recommend this company. It took a while for the windows to arrive but due to the pandemic i was fine with that. Had 11 windows installed in 1 day. Great Job Guys... thanks

    Basement Doors

    Ordered new double doors with sales rep Boris. Fantastic install job and a great overall experience. Boris handled the entire project seamlessly and provided excellent customer service throughout. Will most definitely recommend.

    New Windows and Doors

    Tony D met with us in September 2020. He was very informative and helped greatly with our selection of windows and doors. We had all of our main floor and upper floor windows replaced as well as a patio door, side door and back garage door. The project went great. The installers were fantastic...clean, professional, on-time and did a great job. The only hiccup was that it was hard to predict when we would get our windows installed because of COVID. This is totally understandable and knew that going into it. I highly recommend them.

    Windows pario door

    Ordered windows and door through Stan (sales) and was convinced Canadian Choice had the best install method and product . Although covid created a delayed install date this was out of the companies control but they came through with what i expected and feel confident to recommend this company.

    Front Door Replacement

    We received multiple quotes for our Front door replacement. Tony Dicesare from Canadian Choice came out and did the quote and his informative advice and recommendations were excellent and a big part of why we went with them. Tony made us feel the most comfortable with moving ahead with the project. We were also very happy with his ability to get us answers and updates as the project went ahead. When we were not getting timely responses from head office he was instrumental in clearing up any issues. Installation was fast and efficient, he did a clean and complete job inside & out. Doors look great with many compliments from neighbors' & friends All in all they made it a confident easy going process and we would recommend them to anyone!

    New Windows

    As a first time home owner my fiance and I needed some new windows. We had multiple quotes from various companies in the area. After meeting Joe Waddell from Canadian Choice Windows it was an easy decision. Joe was extremely professional and very patient with us as we navigated through our choices of windows. Joe's expertise and Canadian Choice's wide range of products and lifetime warranty made it an easy choice for us. In the end we landed on the slim series model and are extremely happy with how it turned out. Can't wait to do the rest of the house!

    Windows and doors replaced mid winter.

    Well thanks to covid we had to wait a bit longer pushing the install into mid winter. In Alberta, when you get temps that are above normal you thank your lucky stars which is occurred for the install. So onto the install. The house was built in the 70s. It proved a bit challenging but the boys (Jason/Chris/Norm and Colin) kept at it and we are both very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were efficient, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up their work area better than when they started. Also, the quality of the product is outstanding. Originally we were going to do it ourselves but after sitting down with Kevin and listening to information about their product (low pressure sales) we decided to go with Canadian Choice. I even shared the information with a friend in the construction field and he was wowed by the product and the price. The only negative (and it is receding) is the odor from the foam used to seal. This is mainly because it is too cold to open windows to air out the house. It's been 4 days since the install and it has greatly improved. So, to wrap it up, if you are looking at replacing your windows, I would recommend Canadian Choice. I have no regrets. Also, life time warranty that stays with the house.

    Window replacements

    I received a few quotes for my window replacements, but when Canadian choice came out and did the quote they were very informative making me feel most comfortable with moving ahead with them for the project. I was very happy with the ability to back and forth many times on my plan for what I wanted and them working with me for my budget. When it came to install day I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were in and out with a clean and completed job. All in all they made it a confident easy going process and I would recommend them to anyone!

    Window replacement - I won't recommend this company

    I signed contract on Sept 14, 2020 with the verbal commitment from the Sales person that since my Windows are white it will be done by 4-5 weeks. It's now over 14 weeks and calling multiple times and sending email followups no one from the office can tell me when my Windows will be replaced. I realized at one point they included a 10 weeks timeframe clause in the contract. Initially they have scheduled for Dec 16 and 17 for installation date through an email. I called day before to confirm if the installers are coming the next day, no response. On the day the installer came with no experience making Bay Window, he was not even aware that he is suppose to replace a flat window with Bay Window. Also came with one Window short than what I ordered. Worst part was when I called the office the guys tell me they will reschedule for another date as outside temperature was too low for a quality work (!). As if they didn't realize before coming what the temperature was for the day. I took days off from work to attend the work!! My worry does not really end there. I was rescheduled with an apology to install on Dec 29 and 30 and was told this new installer knows my situation and is a good one. I got a call yesterday from the installer, apparently from Perfect Fit Windows and Doors - he is telling me that he won't be able to make it today. I tired to contact multiple times Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to confirm if anyone is coming or not with no luck. The receptionist tells me I need to talk to the Installation department and all the lines are busy and someone will get back to me. In the afternoon I got an email from them saying they are trying to get hold of the installer and will get back to me ASAP. It's Dec 29th 9 pm my time now and I'm assuming they have no clue what's going on. Yet again I took off from my work for this time too and I've no information if someone will show up at my door tomorrow or not. What a service!!! Please think twice before considering this company.

Yes the contract was signed on September 14th, 2020 with an estimated delivery date of 10 weeks clearly written on the contract at time of signing. The installation appointment was made for December 16 & 17 weather permitting and yes it had to be cancelled due to weather. A 2nd installation appointment was made for December 29 & 30, and unfortunately our installer could not make the appointment due to an injury but did contact you through email and apologized, you seemed very understanding at the time. Our installation department has reached out to you to book a new appointment and is still waiting for a response. I sincerely apologize for what has transpired and we are trying our best to accommodate you. We are looking forward to installing your new windows.

    Windows Replacement

    Great service, very professional installers! Olga, the sales rep, provided a very competitive quote, answered any questions we had. Sergei and the crew did an excellent job. The installation of 11 windows was done in a day. Thank you! We highly recommend their work.
