No hestation recommending these people. They bent around our schedules, were on time when they said they would be, adjusted to changes in our lives, and they did craftsman level work. More than that, they followed up with us to make sure we were happy and even fixed a poor choice we made with at charge. We had a neighbour tell us today our doors look like a Christmas card. Old school work and honourable people.

Aside from creating a larger window for our staircase, we had replaced a few others throughout the house because of broken hardware. We were very pleased with the new windows from Canadian Choice. Our sales rep, Jason was professional and helpful in providing us with options that would meet our needs and be sustainable in the long run. The new larger window looks great and overall please with the service / windows quality and will be reaching out to Jason on future projects.

We had another five windows replaced on our home. This is a total of seven this year and again, the quality and service is excellent. We will be calling next year for more windows. Thank you Odka and his crew for another job well done.

We had 6 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced. Our representative Adriano was very knowledgable and friendly. He was always available for any questions or concerns. The installation was professional and fast. All work was completed on time as promised. We love our new windows and doors and will definitely have additional windows replaced by them when needed. We would highly recommend.

Alexey was my salesman who came to give me a quote in Aug. The quote was very informative and a sample window was shown. Alexey gave me information about the new window and it's features like: triple pane glass, removable molding and how the window can be left open when raining (this happened a few hours after the install and I was so impressed :), so was my cat Emmie as it's her window lol. I received a few emails stating the return of installer who measured the window and another email saying the window was being built. The 1st email said 7 to 14 days to re measure the window but should have read 14 to 21 as it was during the summer months....I had to contact Alexey as no one ever showed up to measure the window. Alexey was prompt to reply and said they gave me the wrong info and someone would call by the end of the day to set up the time. The installer showed up and all was good. I then got a email saying window was almost done but hadn't heard back from Helen who wrote the email. I tried emailing her back several times and got no response. Once again I had to contact Alexey to ask what was going on? I was told by Alexey the window is done and will be here within the next week and someone will call to set up the install. Install was quick and efficient...the window was in within a hour. I was able to open the window during the rain and no water came in and Emmie my cat and her post were dry :) I love this feature!! I can't wait til next spring to use it. :) Overall I was soo impressed with the company, specially Alexey who was amazing. Alexey was AWESOME!!! and If it wasn't for him doing other people's job (emails and talks to other staff), I wouldn't be as happy as I am now. Alexey went above and beyond, I would have given less stars if it wasn't for Alexey. I'm so grateful for Alexey and glad he was sent to my home to do the quote. He has made everything better thru the whole process. Alexey deserves some type of raise or bonus as he was a man of different hats for this sale/install. Thanks Alexey for your patience and dedication to our install. When I change out other windows, we will return to Canadian Choice Windows for future installs. We will ask for Alexey again as I don't trust anyone else at this point and he was the best salesman I could have asked for. The only quote I had that had a demo to show me and the knowledge Alexey gave was on par! Thanks Alexey!! You are the best salesman ever and I'm so excited to have a new window before the snow fell!! Alexey deserves a round of applause and much more for his consistency throughout this process!! Emmie loves her new window and so do I :)

I signed a contract with this company for windows to be installed late October or early November. Now they tell me they can't deliver until January. I have cancelled my order and will have to fight to get my deposit back. Use them only if you don't mind waiting 4 or 5 months for your windows.

I had my bedroom and living room windows replaced in 2016. I have no complaints about the actual installation process but in the last few years I have noticed my living room window making popping noises when the sun heats it. It was very irritating so I emailed the company twice in May 2020 to see if anything could be done. No response. I contacted the company again on Oct 28, 2020 via their website chat and was advised that a specialist would contact me. No response. I would definitely not recommend this Canadian Choice due to their lack of customer support.

Joe was an excellent representative. We did our homework and met with 4 different company reps; when we spoke to Joe we knew we had found the right one. Vitalie and the guys on the installation team did great work and we are very pleased with how the windows and doors look.

I had builder grade windows in my house that was 20 years old and was way overdue for window replacement I contacted Canadian choice windows and doors and my sales representative (Doug) was excellent. the ordering process is super easy and straightforward. also vary good price. I will recommend Canadian choice windows and doors to anyone I know who needs or wants window and door replacement.

Jemal did a great job installing our windows in the sunroom. He was friendly and did efficient. He did a great clean-up job. I would definitely recommend him again. Good luck Jemal!
