Window replacement
I had 3 quotes before making a decision. 2 were very close in terms or pricing, but one company was able to make the windows to what we wanted. Mike our sales rep was happy to sell the windows, However you don't hear from this guy ever again as I sent Mike a few emails and text messages with o. response back. So if you decide to get a quote done and this guy shows up at your door, ask for someone else. From other reviews I've read, we aren't the only customers Mike has ignored after the sale. Has been made What really saved the day were the 2 installers "Ika & nick" who basically worked their butts off. These guys were so friendly and respectful in my home, I wanted to ask them to stay for dinner after the job was done. Pros - amazing installation team, nice windows, and a quick turnaround time. Cons - sales guy "Mike" didn't even have the decency to follow up on my emails or text messages. Mike, selling isn't the only aspect of the job, just following back with with customers goes a long way.

Windows replacement
Over time spoke with various window manufacturers and installers. Nobody could explain what could be wrong with my old windows, and most important why i should change windows, when result would be the same. Vince from Canadian choice windows had extended knowledge about windows, materials, manufacturing process, types of windows etc. Explanation was understandable and clear. He gave answers to questions i didn't know I'm supposed to ask. Installation possibilities apparently existed beyond "brick to brick", as all others said. Price and payment options very reasonable. Installation was done in 1 day for 20 windows. Installers are real professionals. There was problem with outside concrete ornaments around 2 windows. They were poorly build, lack of adhesive material caused the blocks disconnect from the wall. Installers repaired all that without any extra expense from our side. Great company, great service!

windows
very happy with my windows.David was great all the way through ...very helpfull with all of my questions .I will have him back for the remainder of my windows in the new year.heads up to the installation crew

Windows Replacement
We had replaced all 15 windows and the entrance door. David, our sales representative, gave us good advices on the choice of windows and door. They offered competitive price and the installation was done professionally. Overall top notch service and we love our stylist windows!

Great Company
Had a great experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Door. David Greenberg was a very knowledgable salesmans and easly answered all my questions. The installation team was great and left no mess for me to clean up.

Left me stranded
I replaced all the windows in my house 15 of them. So far 11 have been replaced (some more than once). I have 4 windows now that need to be replaced. They won't honor the warranty anymore. I'm in year 16. I get totally ignored by service. The only way to fix the windows now is to pay for installation. I have been trying since May 2020 to have them replaced. So much for a lifetime warranty. They have subcontracted the work to the window supplier. Both the supplier and Canadian Choice Windows admit they had faulty glass. I originally paid $15K for the windows. The warranty isn't worth the paper it’s written on. PS. They are fully aware this is a warranty issue. Been on the phone with you guys for months over this issue.

Due to the recent events with Covid-19 and the disruptions it has caused in our industry as a whole we are using some 3rd parties to help out with warranty issues. Window Replacement
Window Review Excellent service right from start to finish. Kevin and James did the installation and did an amazing job. True professionals. They came in and put tarps over the floors to protect them. They replaced 9 windows and results are beautiful. Once they were all done they cleaned everything up. We then did a walk around inside and out showing us each and every window to make sure each one met with our expectations. We are extremely happy with our new windows and highly recommend Canadian Choice.

You get what you pay for, STAY AWAY!
Absolutely the worst decision I made was signing a contract with this company. They were slightly cheaper that the others but not much. Our sales rep Michael is a typical salesman. Only wants your signature on the contract then you won't hear from him again! Won't return emails/phone calls. And when you have a problem - you will talk to someone in a 'call centre'! Which will take weeks to resolve. Now lets get to the day of install, phoned me at 9:30am stating the windows didn't arrive. 'Apparently' the windows miraculously showed up a 1/2 hour later. Install scheduled now for the next day. However, the triple paned glass in the master bedroom didn't arrive...on all three windows, Then I was told they did arrive, but all three were broke. Two days on install, windows were installed (19 windows at that). The main window facing our walkway was severely scratched. Told the installer, who took pictures and was told another would be ordered. After two weeks of hearing nothing, I called - the call centre - and they had no idea what I was talking about. I'm still waiting for my glass to be installed in the master bedroom. But they did put in plexiglass for the time being. Was told that they STILL didn't have the glass and nobody knew how long it would be. Well I get a call about an hour later to schedule me in for tomorrow to get all three glasses installed. And they had to send a different company to install them as they were too busy. Two weeks go by and I still don't have the scratched glass installed. I finally have an appointment now. So I notice how dirty they are, finger prints everywhere from install. Tried to clean them the best I can without a ladder. So upon cleaning, I noticed the caulking from the inside is all cracked around the WHOLE window! I looked at the other windows and every single window needs to be re-caulked. On some, it looks like they barely put any on, so it's literally pulling away from the frame. So I hear back from the call centre and this is their excuse 'Calking is a silicone material, and silicone is cracking sometimes when its drying, it is a normal chemical reaction'. So I'm just supposed to live with cracked silicone caulking on every window?? If you are in the market for windows, please take this review to heart and look at the pictures I attached. It's a big investment in your house, don't cheap out by saving a bit.

Doors and window eeplacement
We bought this house - a total renovation project -about 10 years ago and completed about 80% of the work, then life got in the way. Finally, we finished the last few upgrades - a new front door. Kitchen window and back door - and with the help of Joe and his colleagues, the house now looks rejuvenated and feels cozier. Not to mention our home's street appeal increased tremendously.
