    Eight new windows

    Our experience with Canadian Choice Windows was excellent. Our Sales Manager Rick was friendly and upbeat without a hint of pressure. He knew the various products and services inside out and was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He guided us to a clear and successful choice of windows and gave a distinct and well defined idea of the time line involved and how the installation would go. The installation by Russ and Eugene went very well. We were actually given a choice to have the windows sooner than expected. Eugene and Russ completed the installation, 8 windows in all, in half a day. Their work was first-rate. And they cleaned up the debris inside and out thoroughly. As for the windows we are very happy with them. We have an older home and were concerned how they might fit in. They worked perfectly – very crisp with clean lines they just open up every room. Rose

    Window installation (bay window, front window, garage wibdiw)

    Sales rep was very knowledgeable & personable. Installers listened to concerns about installation & worked to resolve a number of small issues.

    New patio doors off kitchen

    Had a custom set of patio doors and side panels installed to update and improve the security of my home. Joe was punctual, polite, helpful and professional to deal with. The door arrived on the appointed day and was installed by Nick quickly and efficiently. Both company representatives were a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

    Replacement windows

    Windows are great, installation was great, price is on par. Really happy with the transformation from super old leaky rotting windows to new, bright, clean windows I can even see though! :-) A couple of issues still need to be resolved, so time will tell on that score.

    Excellent customer services.

    We love our new windows and front door. Joe was pleasant and professional. He helped me to pick out the perfect front door and even suggested a style of handle that would match its design. Andre the installer was efficient and the clean up was the best I have ever seen. It was like he was never there. We had 5 windows and one front door done in under 8 hours. Very satisfied customer.

    Doors

    Recently we had our front and back doors replaced. Although the wait to have the doors fabricated took a few months, COVID delay, the end result is great. We enjoyed dealing with Olga again, she helped us with our full home window replacement a few years ago. The best part was the work of Orest and his coworker who installed the doors. They were delayed by a previous job but arrived around 5 pm and worked until around 10 pm. At no time was there any comments about working late. They were very professional and worked to ensure we were happy. I have had a few contractors complete renovations this summer and these two were by far the best!!!! Orest even came back the next day to confirm we were happy and completed a few touch ups. Great installation team!! Thanks

    10 Window replacement

    Edmonton branch, Rude front end staff, no returned calls after install and an outstanding issue. Have been waiting almost 8 weeks for replacement glass after multiple factory errors, was told 3 weeks have called 2 times and was hung up on the second time. Customer service from start to finish and when you have rude employees dealing with clients you lose business. I can not currently recommend this company to anyone and have removed the advertising from my yard. Communication after the fact is as important as the initial sales call. Not resolving issues no matter how big or small is detrimental to your business. Make us wonder if warranty issues will be addressed. Very unhappy with the outcome. The Carthy's

    Bad soundproof quality of the windows

    The windows have bad soundproof quality and are even worse than the old style windows. In addition, some water drops present on the window surface after shower in winter. Crackers are also found between the windows and original frame.

    Bedroom widow and basement window

    3 times the installers never showed up. Twice didn't even call to let us know. I had to phone the next day both times to find out what was going on. Was supposed to to take one afternoon took over a week .They also put the wrong color trim on. so had to wait 2 more days for them to get the right color they didn't have the order sheet with them and had to stop them before they trimmed the rest in the wrong color . Wish I hadn't given them a $20 tip the first day. They were just fitting us in between other jobs even though we paid full price. Had to phone 2 more times for them to pick up the old window. Left all the foam bulging out on the inside of the basement windows still haven't fixed it. I gave up i'll fix it myself.

    Professional, Courteous and Honest Advice

    Alec and Time were the installers for my windows and patio door project at my house. They communicated at all times about what they were doing, worked efficiently and were respectful of the property by taking care to spread drop cloths all over. Theye were exoemely thorough with their work an checked and re-checked their work to make sure that all we correctly installed. They worked till late and made sure that they work was to their satisfaction and then took the time to explain all that they did made sure I opened and closed all the doors and windows to ensure my satisfaction. Amazing work and incredible installers. I would highly recommend asking for them and Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.
