    Window Replacement Project

    We decided to replace the windows in our townhouse and were browsing for a company for some time. Our friend recommended Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to us. The task was to replace 5 windows. One of the windows was very large, oddly shaped and we were worried about it being very difficult to properly measure. The installer Gennady, came and took precise measurements, and after approximately one month (after manufacturing of windows was completed) came back with his helper Oleg and installed all the windows. I can truly say, they are experts in what they do! The installation was executed professionally and smoothly. They covered the floor, were extremely careful in making sure nothing will be damaged during the process, cleaned up the place after the installation and took care of all the garbage. The windows look amazing! Thank you so very much to the Canadian Choice Windows & Doors team for taking such great care of us! We will be recommending them to all our friends and family if they ever choose to replace any windows in their houses. Cheers! Natalia & Dmitry.

    Exterior Windows

    the only thing holding this deal together is the amount of caulking that they used on the windows. they are as quick as a sailor on a weekend pass. quick to take your money and leave you with issues that they never will resolve.

    New Windows

    Overall very satisfied with my 3 new windows. Sales rep, Mike K and installer Peter and crew were friendly and knew what they were doing. I had a issue with the old basement window leaking under the frame and with the new window and the sealing job they did im fairly confident that during the heavy rains it should be leak free.

    Impressive

    I could not be happier with our experience with this company from start to finish. We had almost every single window and door in the house replaced. The install job was 3 days. Our installer: VITALY is a craftsman and pays such attention to detail. Thanks so much for the amazing job. I have already recommended to friends for their upcoming projects :)

    Excellent product and service

    Great service from start to finish. Beginning with Jemal who came to view and estimate the job. He was professional, clear and helpful. Jemal clearly explained the process, timelines and what to expect. The second service was for the measurements. And the final was the installation. The two installers are clearly well skilled at their trade. I appreciated their attention to detail. The entire team was eficiente, skilled and professional. Highly recommend. Geraldine Toronto ON

    Windows looks great, service was wonderful

    Jemal was a wonderful salesman and helped us pick windows and a sliding door that best suited our home and aesthetic. The men who did the job were friendly, professional, efficient, and extremely tidy.

    New front window

    I was extremely satisfied from beginning to end. Jemal, the sales rep, was knowledgeable and very helpful and followed up quickly with any questions I had. The window was beautifully installed when they estimated, despite the slowdown caused by COVID. All in all, a very rewarding experience.

    All around awesome!!

    We received exceptional service from beginning to end from all staff and were also rewarded with a very beautiful door That was installed to perfection!! They also finished off the baseboard on our stairs beside the door they installed. We would like to thank everyone involved for making this such a smooth and worry free transaction We love our new door!!

    Great job team

    We where happy right from the estimate meeting with Joe. Joe was very informative and helpful and we had a good feeling about the company from our meeting The install crew did a great job on a super hot Friday!! We are very help with the end product. Great job team!

    Windows and front door

    They were great to deal with from the start to the finish - sales person was great - gave us suggestions, didn’t try and over sell or push extras. Installers were fantastic - very professional , clean, friendly, The windows look great, quality product and great job sealing them Would highly recommend the company and products
