    1 Window

    Sumeer here, I own bi-level home and I replaced all my main level windows and patio door from them. I also recommend my friend who got all his house windows done by them as well. Now after 2 years, I need 1 window replaced as it doesn't open to the fullest. I contacted them and this guy is saying why didn't I replaced it with the other windows which is 2 years ago. Obviously if I knew I would off done it at the same time. Anyways he said it will cost me $1000 without even making any visit because he have other jobs which is more important and also said i should off got it done with other windows. I called another company today and I remember this agent he visited when I got all my main level windows change and at that time I choose to go with Canadian Choice Windows at that time. Let me tell you, he went above and beyond and charged me $600 with the same quality they told me over the phone. I even agreed on paying $850 to canadian choice and he said he will be stopping by to get initial deposit and do some measurement on Tuesday. Guess what? Its Tuesday evening and He didn't even called me where as another company agent visited my place in 2 hours after contacting them and he was busy but he knows how to handle pressure and work in fast paced environment. I would never go with Canadian Choice Window as they only respect big businesses.

    New windows

    The measuring could have been more exact but I live in a builders home, so there was no way the wall construction (extra insulation) could have been anticipated. The installation is absolutely perfect

    a new look to and older house

    We couldn't be more happy with the job done by your guys. we had 11 windows replaced and the old ones they took out were a challenge. the old windows had been in since the 80s the upper windows had been done but our basement windows were aluminum and probably the hardest to get out. the guys were here from 10:30 am to approx 9:00 pm they cleaned everything up and took all the garbage away . the house looks totally different and as they told us there was hardly any insulation in the old windows so we should notice a big difference this winter

    New glass doors and replacement of windows due to broken seals

    We were very pleased with our sales rep Joe Waddell and the installation team who replaced our double front doors and 4 window panels who’s sealed had broken. The installers showed up on time and did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished.

    35 foxcote cres Etobicoke On - entrance door

    If I can give more stars I will.Yuri and Kyle arrived on time.the installation well done and perfect. Great Job.Clean and polite staff. All was done as agreed with the sales person.i asked Yuri for installing my new mail box and he didnt it for me with no extra charge. NO mess and No garbage left behind. I am so happy with the service. Great company and great service. Thanks to Yuri and Kyle the door looks so great. We took different quotations from big companies and none of them could meet the price we paid. We will definitely call them again for our next project which is windows.

    Updating entrance doors and replace living room window

    Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful in recommending products to suit my needs. Installation team were efficient, polite, cleaned up throughout and after completion of the project. Price was reduced from quote received last year and was very competitive. Had the products I was looking for and less than one day to complete the job. I will contact Kevin for any future upgrades or replacement of other windows.

    Super happy!

    The windows look great! We have noticed a huge difference in temperature as well as noise in our home! Everyone we felt with was super friendly and helpful! Great experience

    Sliding patio door install

    I had a sliding patio door installed in January. The installation was terrible. They did not flash the rough opening, and there is no head flashing above the door. The only thing sealing the water out of the opening is caulk, which is a temporary solution at best that needs regular maintenance. This would not come close to meeting code requirements. The door closes poorly as the frame was tweaked slightly in the installation. Lastly there is a large scratch on the door. I noticed the scratch before the door was installed and should have rejected it, but it was January and there was a hole in my house. I’m stilling waiting on them to come up with a satisfactory solution 6 months later. Every time I contact them I have to follow up to have it lead to any action.
