    Windows replacement

    I’ve decided to replace my windows in January. I googled, checked reviews and invited 5 vendors to provide me with quotes; Canadian Choice was one of these. I’ve narrowed the number to 3 vendors and again Canadian Choice made the cut ( I have to admit, it is a very competitive market ). There are two reason I have decimated to choose Canadian Choice: one stop shop - windows and shutters made the process very easy for me. Second reason, more important - your sale rep, Joe. He opened my mind and presented me with variations of colours, styles, cost... he was very accommodating and patient while I kept changing my mind and he arrived on time in a horrible weather. Installation was very smooth and clean up perfect. Thank you

    2 Bedroom Window Installations

    We were very happy with the installation of 2 back bedroom windows recently. The two installers wore masks throughout and cleaned up everything upon finishing the install. They arrived on schedule and the installation took approx 2 hours. We also had a living room window installed by Canadian Choice 3 years ago and were very happy then with that installation. We have no problems with the windows and would definitely recommend this company.

    Windows and Doors

    Windows were not installed correctly the first time there was no casings for the basement windows and there was no value for what was paid on the windows and doors. There was no lay out of what windows were being installed where and no follow up after the sale was done - there were scratches on a window, windows were installed in the wrong places, damage was done, but no credits were given or an apology. Sales person threatened to have account sent to collections when the contract was not even sent properly.

    Sliding Glass Door Installation

    The sales representative listened carefully to my requirements and made suggestions accordingly. The installers showed up on time and the installation was done quickly and professionally. The finished product looks beautiful and is of good quality. I would recommend this company for the installation of windows and doors.

    Windows and doors

    Love our windows and doors just got wrong size window in back door and they would not trade doors for us otherwise excellent service and install love love love thanks

    New Front Door and Sideglass

    Had new front door with side glass next day in sunlight I noticed spray paint between glass on door and side glass this was very noticeable in daytime Told company about this problem technician showed up and took pictures after 1 week door shifted and will not close after many phone calls a and e mails and one technician showing up and telling me he did not have right tools to fix door and said he would get the right tools and come right back well he never came back or never called me this problem has been going on for 3 months.What I can say about Canadian Choice Windows is if you are looking to use this company my advice is AVOID at all cost as they have no quality control on glass or doors and very poor workmanship.

    Windows

    Joe is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We ordered windows from him recently and the entire process was smooth and the end result is we are extremely happy with our windows. I highly recommend Joe if you are looking to do any home improvements.

    New windows were Installed

    We're enjoying the lovely view from all of the BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS. The team was very professional and fast. We were impress on how fast they installed each windows. The window are high quality , we have a small house and they make the inside looks like a BIG HOUSE. My husband and I are very please that we purchased windows from Canadian Windows & Doors. Very lovely ! Many thanks to the team who came to our house. Bravo !

    Window replacement

    I have ordered windows two different times of which the first time had some issues but it took no time at all to have the glass replaced and repairs made. No fuss, no muss. They listened to my issues and repaired them. The second order was quick and fast. I have a high end home, and these people took very good care of my floors and belongings as they worked. Their clean up was second to none inside and out. All day long long I would say they do a great job and would hesitate to use them again, which I am as I placed another order. I know good work and trades as I dealt with trades for 37 years as a adjuster and project manager. I have done from 100 dollars to 10 million dollars, I would not be afraid to use on anyone of them.
