My wife and I decided to replace the all windows of our 19 years old house, to improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the noise from outside. We made a lot of researches and based on Google reviews, we chose Canadian Choice Windows & Doors Calgary. Our project manager and sales representative was Olga. Her presentation about the product was very professional. She brought a sample of the window so we could see and touch the product. So, we became more confident about the window quality. The price for the project was reasonable considering the quality of the window. The installers were friendly and they worked in a good professional manner. Now we are happy with the new windows. I can confirm that the noise from outside is reduced. I can’t wait to see how the windows will work in the winter time, but I am 100% that everything will be good. Also, our windows look great! We were looking to redo our windows. Found the price to be fair and flexible. Jemal was great. He made sure to take his time to answer our questions and provide us with options. Overall a great guy!

After meeting with many other window companies, we decided on Canadian Choice. This was an easy decision due to the great pitch by Jemal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, industry and the competition. He had a no nonsense pitch and got straight to the point. He spent the extra time to answer all our questions and gave us a quote on the spot. Other companies took a week. We researched Canadian choice windows and found great reviews. We liked that the windows offered extra insulation within the frames and the company has been tried and tested for many years. They meet many certifications and standards. Installation took 4 days. We did all windows in the house, plus the sliding door and front door. Unfortunately there were only 2 installers to do all the work. Wish there was more to get the job done quicker. Vlad, lead installer, was really good. He paid attention to detail, made sure that his helper was doing the right things, and always asked us to confirm how we wanted certain things. It was a very dusty process, I made sure to move all furniture and cover as much as I can. Vlad and team was great at laying drop cloths and cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming as they go. I had to do a deeper cleaning afterwards, but that was expected. They did all the windows on the upper level on the first day. 2nd and 3rd day they finished the main level. The 4th day Vlad came back to do the aluminum siding on the bow window and the box at the front of the house. He even capped off the frame around the Garage. See the pics attached. Windows were great. Vinyl was a good choice instead of wood. Easier to clean and it looks really good. We had the AC on afterwards and felt that the house cooled down a little faster, AC was running much less also. We'll have to wait and see how everything works in the winter. The part of the job that really stood out was the work that Vlad did on the front window box. We were worried how it would turn out, but it really makes the front of the house pop. The front door we chose was also beautiful. Really nice design on the glass. We are most happiest that we can now see outside clearly, no annoying discoloration or condensation in between the windows. We really look forward to see how efficient it makes the house. Jemal was great, offering and recommending good products that fit our needs and our budget. He was knowledgeable about what would be best for our unique situation, as we required a smaller window than the current space housed. The company was good to frame in the space, insulate, and do the drywall on the inside. Very satisfied!

We had all of our windows and doors replaced this past September. We sat down with Joe and I knew right away that this was the company we wanted to use for our renovation. Joe helped us choose the best windows and doors for our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. The install team was very professional and hard-working and did an excellent job with making the process seamless and painless. The windows are excellent. We noticed right away how quiet our street became and how simple they are to operate. The doors are my favourite part about my house now. We always had trouble with our old doors and these are beautiful and functional. We opted for full glass doors on the suggestion from Joe and we are so grateful. The light from outside just fills our home now. Thank you Canadian Choice and thank you Joe. We love our home even more now!
