    Windows Replacement

    We hired Canadian Choice Windows and Doors to replace all windows in our house. We had an in-house appointment with Phil, who provided a very detailed explanation about the company and product we were interested in. Phil provided amazing service and he did not push us to buy on the spot, like other companies did. Phil also gave great suggestions such as using awning in the kitchen and frosted glass for the washrooms. He took measurements and window type details. Later on, the installer came by to confirm all the measurements and details. A few weeks later the installation team came and did a fantastic job in 2 days. In the end, they demonstrated how to operate the 2 different egress windows we selected for the basement. They also took all the garbage away and left a clean site. We are happy with our new windows and definitely recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

    TERRIBLE service, awful installation and nothing but headaches

    We hired this company to replace all the windows in our 1950s farm house, some original. We also upgraded 2 large bay windows into a sliding door and a custom 4 pane double slider. On top of all that we wanted our front door upgraded from an old single door into a beautiful double door. The salesman sold us on all of it and by our own lack of research we signed the agreement. Not only was installation delayed multiple times. The installation took much much longer than promised. We ended up in the End of winter by the time they were wrapping up their “finished” project. Weeks we had our home left open to the outdoors, our furnace running none stop. The finished product we received was joke worthy.. terrible craftsmanship, misaligned doors, incorrectly installed handles. Just embarrassing work. The interior of our front door was left unfinished and left up to me to complete.. in what world is it acceptable to leave a job unfinished and expect the customer to do it themselves. And I stupidly paid for this service. Once the company was finished, I spent weeks cleaning nails, screws, broken glass from my front yard and back deck. No concern for my family or my pets. Hiring Canadian choice windows and doors was one of my biggest mistakes ever! Please don’t follow in my footsteps.

    Kitchen and basement windows

    We were very pleased with the service from the salesman (Joe ) who was not pushy about what we needed to the installed who very good at what they did .

    Two front and kitchen window replaced.

    Replaced both my livingroom and kitchen window. My fiancee loved the outside color and loved the kitchen awning window. Sam and his mate did a excellent job of installation. Joe Waddell our sales rep was informative with our windows selection. Highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors.

    Door and Window replacement

    when shopping for new doors and windows we decided to go with Canadian Choice. the guidance and service provided by Michael Musso met our expectations and he was able to provide various options and along the journey. the Service installers were also good and completed the jobs in one day. As for the product, it has been about a year we simply love the doors and that fact that they are air tight and now leaks when it rains… the team did a stellar job and I would hire them again for future needs.

    Good quality product and installation with low price

    I replaced five windows/patio doors last year from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Stan came to my place multiple times and offered answers to lots of questions we had, and Yuri came to install windows last September. I received quotes from at least 5-6 companies and Canadian Choice was the 2nd lowest in terms of price. The quality of the windows may not be the top but it was very good. I waited until spring to write a review after winter season. No problem whatsoever. I will definitely order rest of windows in my house from them and strongly recommend Canadian Choice.

    Windows and doors

    We needed new windows and doors in our 1950's home.Our windows were the old single pane wooden windows and the did not open properly or at all so we decided to change them.

    Poor quality

    Edit*** I still have no solution to my $10,000 windows not closing or locking properly. I tried to get the companies attention by commenting on their fb ad but they deleted it and blocked me from commenting. Be careful when dealing with a company that tries to filter their reviews. Windows don’t lock. I asked the company to come look and they sent me videos on how to lock a window. Cold comes in because they can’t close tightly. Rip off

    Window Replacement

    I can't recommend this company enough. They did a fantastic job. Even my husband who is a perfectionist was happy with the job. And that says alot! Great work !
