12 new Windows and 1 new door
A very positive experience with this company from sales (Jason) to measurement (Igor) and install (Denis).
I connected with Canadian Choice via Facebook ad- I was renovating a house and needed all new doors and windows. Jason was the sales rep and he was prompt and informative. He did some initial measurements and provided me a quote there was no pressure to buy. I sought out 2 other quotes- but Canadian Choice beat them all by $4000. A a cautious buyer- I went to the factory showroom on Steeles where I viewed the product and was completely satisfied. I eventually placed the order which required a second visit from Jason. He provided some sound advice that saved me an additional few dollars.
Several weeks later Igor arrived to do the measurements....also a positive experience. After that visit- I made one slight change to my order (which was no issue) and then was all set. The production time was about 5 weeks- which fit great with my timeline.
Installers Denis and his team were quick and efficient. They installed all the windows on the same day and had to return the following day for an hour to finish flashing. They actually would have finished on the same day- but Igor did some framing where wood had rotted and also installed a Home Depot door for me. I had bought one custom door from Canadian Choice and the back door I used a basic Home Depot door.
A very good experience....professional from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would.
