    Window replacement

    Great experience with this company from Alex who gave me a great quote to Alex who came and took excellent measurements and then the team that installed all the windows. They were very professional in their installation and also in their presence in my home. And they cleaned up after themselves!!

    Windows replacement

    Ive got pretty old windows in my house and we have decided to replace it. Alex Regional Manager helped us to make this project with maximum advices for every window. Installers did a great job too.

    Window replacement and redesign

    I received 3 quotes for my window replacement (large trapezoid) over a patio door and a large floor to ceiling bedroom window with a trapezoid on the top that I wanted to change to an awning open window. Stan arrived and provided us with full information on the windows, installation and cost. Showing us the product he recommended and answered all of our questions. The other 2 quotes we received were in the ballpark but one never came to show us anything and the other came but did not show us the product! Canada Choice and Stan was the best choice. Stan explained that the installers would come to remeasure for installation. Neil and Peter arrived a few days later and were very pleasant. When the installation day arrived, Neil, Peter and Alex were very polite, pleasant men to have working in your house and went above and beyond repairing the trapezoid we wanted changed. They made sure that the framing, insulation was water tight even with a drip edge to give us time to replace and match our cedar exterior. We still have some large windows to replace in the future and will go back to Canada Choice and request the same team again! Thanks so much boys for your service and expertise.

    New Windows

    Had most of our windows, a custom bay window and a sliding patio door installed by Canadian Choice. Can't say enough about how happy we are with not only the look but what a great job they did on the install. Super professional, and above and beyond when it came to the job. When any issue popped up, these guys worked right through it! Even my super picky neighbor who rarely gives any praise to work done, came over to tell me what a great job these guys did!! Call these guys if you need windows or doors, you will not be disappointed!!

    Front basement window

    The project manager was well informed. He was able to get us a quote quickly. The men installing the window were polite and did an excellent job. The rating would have been higher if we had received a final itemized bill. We paid $1200.00 for one window? That was the deposit amount for 4 windows then we changed to only replacing one window. NO RECEIPT was ever sent.

    Window Replacement

    Project Manager Kevin and installation crew lead by Colin and Chris made this process easy and painless. Not only were they professional and highly experienced, the product itself is premium quality and beautiful. I had high expectations and they have been exceeded!

    Kitchen Window

    We needed to replace the bay window in the kitchen of our mid-century home. The initial estimate & quote was provided by Stan who did a great job highlighting the differences in the Canadian Choice product versus a leading competitor. Stan was very helpful in making a couple of thoughtful suggestions. The installation team followed up on pretty much the exact timeline that Stan predicted they would and did a great job installing the window and cleaning up the area after they were finished. All in all, a professional team, a positive experience and we're really happy with the finished product. We plan to contact CC to have them replace some additional windows next year.
