    Terrible sales and management but decent install

    Pros - installation was done well, but they contract that out so it's the luck of the draw who you get Cons - sales experience was awful, wouldn't leave our house, very annoying - scheduling was non existent, they showed up to install with no notice - unit didn't come with winter cover and they never offered to include or sell us one (this is a required component IMHO for a non-square oddly shaped air conditioner) We were recommended to Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services by a friend who had work done by them. We called them to have them install an Air Conditioner in our house. Their sales associate who was sent to our house was awful. He talked and talked and talked about everything under the sun. He even got onto Religion and health and wasted 2 hours of our time. The price was reasonable but it wasn't by any means the lowest. He claimed that the use on-staff installers but I have since found out that this is not true. Despite that we decided to purchase from them anyway due to our recommendation from a friend. They then said they would call to arrange an install date in the next week. Two days later they show up with no notice to install the A/C unit. We were on our way to work and had to turn the installers away. They rescheduled for later in the week. The installation went well and the installers were very polite and considerate. But the A/C unit didn't come with cover and we were never offered one. The Lennox unit is odd shaped and normal after market covers don't fit properly meaning we had to buy one and cut it to fit. If I had to do this over again I would use another company. Our friend steered us wrong with he referral and has since apologized.

    Tankless Water Heater Service

    I purchased a tankless hot water heater from Cosmopolitan 5 years ago and have been very pleased with it. During a recent maintenance call, Ather Hasan was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable in explaining everything. I would highly recommend the company and Ather in particular.

    Furnace & Tankless Water Heater Maintenance

    The furnace and water heater were bought from Cosmopolitan 4 years ago and I've been doing the annual maintenance since. The company is easy to deal with and responsive to any issue that cropped up. In particular, I find their technician, Ather Hasan, to be polite, knowledgeable, efficient and full of useful advices.

    service furnace

    Ather Hasan is amazing and if you are fortunate to get this professional consider yourself blessed! He was always making sure all my systems were in top notch shape even though he was only there to do an annual service call.

    New furnace and ac Amana

    Completely satisfied with the work cosmopolitan mechanical services Inc did it at my house located in Toronto. I will recommend there workmanship to all my friends and family. Fred was an excellent installer. great job guys

    Furnance cleaning

    As always I'm impressed again by Cosmopolitan! Arter Hassan is the best. He seems to always catch the little things that others miss. Thanks for all your help and always doing a great job!

    Yearly furnace servicing

    I purchased our furnace from Cosmopolitan and they service it faithfully every year. Ather Hasan has been exceptional in the quality of his work and in explaining what is being done and why. He helped out with an airflow problem I was having and is always knowledgeable and courteous. The price is also quite reasonable. Highly recommend the company and technician.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Our annual pre-winter furnace maintenance was recently completed by Mr. Ather Hasan from Cosmopolitan. I very much appreciated his methodical and meticulous approach to ensure the proper operation of our furnace. Answering all of my questions, his dedication and concern for our safety was also much appreciated...all at a reasonable price.
