Good company, excellent service. Quite satisfied with the way they worked for us. From the minute I called for a quote to the day my equipment was installed they were incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Sam came later on in the day to accomodate my work schedule, fixed what needed to be fixed and provided clear, cheerful explanations for everything he did. Charged me less and did a more efficient job than previous companies I have used.

Had the Annual Furnance Maintainence performed by Ather. He really knows his craft inside out. Answered all my questions thoroughly and educated me on the technical side of things. Apart from that his professionalism was outstanding. Really made me feel cared for. I would recommend his services without any hesitation

We have yearly maintenance on our Lennox AC and Furnace and have had no issues in the 3 years since Cosmopolitan installed it. Our technician this year was Ather Hasan, and despite it being a very busy time of year for them for emergency calls (temperature dropping so furnaces are being fired up), he showed up on time and was polite and professional all the way. He answered all my questions (including a couple about my water heater) and gave some tips (ie. After verifying 0 carbon monoxide readings, he explained how important it is to replace CO detectors in the house every 2 years (even if they're rated for 5 years) due to variables that could cause build up on the sensors.). Class act. I have no reason not to recommend Cosmopolitan. My wife and I have been happy with our dealings with them.

I rely on Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services for my annual maintenance of my furnace which I purchased 3 years ago from them. Ather Hasan was the technician who came to my house and completed the maintenance. He arrived on time for the appointment and completed a thorough check of the unit. He also provided me with tips and things to look into for ongoing maintenance with my air conditioner. Keep up the good work Ather.

We had our furnace and air units serviced last week by a helpful Cosmopolitan technician Dave who determined that our vent motor had seized and was in need of replacement. Given both the estimate of $550 and the 18 year age of the furnace we decided it would be cost effective to have the furnace replaced. Within several days technicians Todd and Kyle arrived to do the installation. These guys were amazing. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional on all counts. The new Lennox furnace with iComfort thermostat touchscreen was installed in no time flat. I've been a customer of this service provider for several years now and their honesty and customer service skills are second to none. Thank you Cosmopolitan.

It took them 4 days to get the new installed AC to function during the hottest days of summer. I had to call them a few times to get them to resolve the problem. AC was installed on Monday. It didn't cool down the house. Reported the problem on Tuesday morning. Technician came by Tuesday evening to investigate. Couldn't do much as the pipes were frozen. Another technician came on Wednesday morning to investigate and identified the problem. The service manager came the evening to confirm the findings of the technician that came in the morning. The problem was finally resolved on Thursday late afternoon after their best technician came and re-did parts of the install. I would be more understanding if I didn't have to take time off for so many days to be at home waiting for the technicians to show up. They could improve on the following: 1. Advise customer on timeline of resolution and provide specific time period that technicians would come by. 2. Recognize the inconvenience and discomfort caused to cusotmer and provide a small goodwill gesture like a free first maintenance. Overall, I think this is a good company to work with despite my experience.
