Great Service - Great Team. Arranged a home call quickly (much appreciated in the heat of July). They turned up when they said they would. Fast, efficient, friendly. Did a great job and explained everything. Walked through my options with no pressure selling. Ather Hasan reviewed my old (failed) system and the replacement options. The installation team worked fast, they were quiet and clean. They made sure everything worked properly with me before leaving. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I have been very happy Cosmopolitan customer for five years. I receive regular updates to have my furnace and AC serviced and their technicians are always top notch. I always request Ather Hasan who takes his time to explain each step in the service process and remembers my machine and it's maintenance history year-to-year. This coupled with Ather's professionalism and good nature creates the continuity I want. I've recommended Cosmopolitan to many family and friends.

Ather Hasan is an outstanding technician. Professional, courteous, punctual and very friendly. I cannot say enough great things about him. He has serviced both our furnace and AC unit (which we purchased from Cosmopolitan) for the past 3 years. He gives helpful advice on how to maintain both units so they operate to their most efficient capacity and longevity. I appreciate it immensely when he calls to let me know when he is on his way and he is always pleasant and courteous. Bravo, sir! Ather Hasan was sent to perform my annual furnace maintenance and he was very thorough and detailed, explaining the steps and looking very carefully for any problems associated with the motor that may be causing a disturbing whistle. One of the problems was a filter that was too dense which was changed and eliminated the noise. Mr. Hasan was respectful, courteous and well-informed. I would highly recommend his work and the company.

I originally obtained a quote from another company that we have used for many years for a Carrier air conditioner and furnace to replace a 15 year old system. To ensure the quote was reasonable, I conducted a search on Homestars and contacted Cosmopolitan and several other HVAC companies to obtain competitive quotes. And, I am glad I did. Cosmopolitan and the others were approximately 20% less than the original quote. Fahim of Cosmopolitan provided a verbal quote over the phone and promptly came to our home to throughly explain our options and provide a written quote. Cosmopolitan's original quote was competitive and they were prepared to match the best quote we received; they even made it worthwhile for us to replace a second air conditioner that was 20 years old. The installation of the new equipment was completed yesterday by Todd and Kyle. They are both very knowledgable and professional. They are also very polite and respectful of our home in removing the original equipment and installing the new equipment. We are very satisfied with Cosmopolitan and highly recommend them.

Outstanding service, as always. Be sure to ask for Ather Hasan to be your technician. He goes above and beyond just servicing the air conditioner. When my garden hose gave Ather a free (unintended) shower, he wrestled with it, put new clamps on it and it works like new now (no leaks)! Ather does not obscure the technical details or engage in strong-armed sales tactics just because air conditioners are not my area of expertise. Ather tells me what work is and isn't required at this time and what will be required in the future. I appreciate this consideration because, I believe that I have been given the necessary information to make informed decisions going forward.
