Very nice and quite air conditioner we have purchase from cosmopolitan mechanical services people. We called the company for estimate. Paul showed up and gave us an esimate on carrier Air conditioner. We end up chosing carrier Air conditoner. air conditioner is very quite. We are glade we chose carrier product.

My thermostat went blank and I didn't remember my previous contractor of the year 2010. I selected cosmopolitan randomly. My thermostat was replaced, for which I did not pay a dollar, in fact never knew it was under warranty. I gave cosmopolitan my business for a few years and they will have my business for as long as they continue to do the good job they are doing now. Guys, here is my review that I promised I will write voluntarily. P.S. My furnace is up and running.

We 've been using Cosmopolitan for four years now. Startd with annual protection maintenance plan for our furnace and then had for our central Air Conditoner unit looked at recently. previous week w had almost no hot water and were looking for a a new hot water heater & a new tank-less water heater and. we were really amazed at rapid service because Dave and team were on-site in under 3 hours, had new units installed and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend cosmopolitan mechanical.

I chose CM because of their high rating. As the matter of fact, I did consult with 2 other high rating companies in Home Star as well. I went with CM for 2 reasons. Price and Sales Person knowledge. Paul was my sales person. He knew his stuff very well and everything was explained very well. He deserves 10 out of 10. The installation went perfect. (I forgot the installer's name but he was a Chinese gentleman plus his helper). He did not cut any corners and he did a pretty clean and neat job. He was paying attention to all details and installation environment. He deserves 10 out of 10 as well. I recommend CM to everyone.

Dave was my technician and i am glad i called Cosmopolitan. I like cosmopolitan punctuality, responsiveness, and readiness. cosmopolitan sent Dave twice in the same day. my furnace needed a motor and i was amazed how fast they got my part and came to replace it. I recommend cosmoplitan's services to others.

I am scared of red tags, we are all. I got a red tag and I found Cosmopolitan mechanical service on google. I loved their sense of urgency approach about red tag. They cleared the tag in less than an hour from the time I called them. My furnace was old and I really liked the recommendation of the technician so I decided to buy a new furnace.
