I have received an excellent service from Ej. He came to our house and gave us an excellent product. Air conditioner is very quite and nice. We are satisfied with the service we received from cosmopolitan mechanical services. I would say great job.

I purchased a Lennox furance model SLP98UH090XV48C and A/C model XC14-036-230 with coil C33-49 for my 3100 square foot home. Also, received the iComfort(Wifi) thermostat and 5" pleated furnace filter. Being an engineer I specified the equipment after thorough research. I also obtain four (4) quotes from different dealers and after much debate I decided on Cosmopolitan due to the great pricing (~$8500CDN with rebates) and also taking advantage of their 15 month payment deferral program. Here are the negative points I have about Cosmopolitan is that first I was promised during the sales pitch that their 20 year veteran installer who previously was employed at Service Experts would come and do the install. However, on the day of installation (was a long weekend in February) a sub-contractor in an unmarked van showed up to install. I verified this fact when I looked at the TSSA gas fitter sticker and the company was noted down as 'HVAC Quick Solutions'. With two feet of snow outside he was adamant in installing the A/C compressor to which I had previously discussed with the Sales Rep is a big no! After calling the Sales Rep and the sub-contractor speaking to Head Office it was decided the compressor would not be installed until warmer weather so it can be installed properly! However, I allowed the sub-contractor to install (I was impatient) the furnace and coil and watched him like a hawk ensuring he did a proper job and asked numerous questions along the way. Second item of contention was the fact that there is poor communication/management of their technicians. When I scheduled the second installation visit for the compressor in late April the technicians showed up 4 hours earlier than agreed upon when I had spoken with service coordinator earlier in the week for a particular time. The service coordinator began selling me the fact that it was all outside work and I really did not need to be there. After giving him a piece of my mind, I was able to reschedule for the following week and the technicians showed up as promised and this time they were Cosmopolitan technicians. In summary, the installation was done properly and well, but this was after much supervision as a home owner and constantly asking questions. I do wonder how it would have been if I had not been there to supervise and if I was not as technically inclined as I am.

We are Home Comfort Protection Plan customer of Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc. for heating/cooling systems, repairs and servicing. As promised on the day of signing a contract of their heating and cooling plan, we always got the priority services whenever we called them. Recently, Cosmopolitan completed the annual servicing of the AC. From booking a yearly inspection and maintenance to after service follow-up was proficient and noticeably directed to customer satisfaction. The technician (Athar Hasan) was at the appointed time and professional. He took the time to enlighten the status of our system and in fact provided some very useful tips for its operation.

I am very happy and satisfied with the job delivered by cosmopolitan and I will recommend them to other homeowners. They do excellent job and they working in timely manner. I will continue to work with them for the years to come.

Amazingly quite ac from carrier brand was installed by cosmo mec team and our house. it is cool very good and now it is also supposed to save us on cooling bill. So for we are very happy with the service we received from Ej and installer Tod.

My furnace stopped working and I called Cosmopolitan. I had Todd and Kyle were there. I like their punctuality, professionality, clean job and overall customer service. I strontly recommend Cosmopolitan!

Fahim and Dave provided excellent service in installing our new water heater. Fahim provided a great quote for the water heater we wanted (a Bradford White), and Fahim and Dave both came to install the water heater in our new home. Dave took care of most of the installation, and clearly is a seasoned professional. Moreover, he took great care in re-routing pipes to position our water heater so as to reduce the chance of someone (particularly our kids) accidentally triggering the emergency pressure release valve. He also raised the natural gas valve so that it was only reachable by an adult. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and conscientiousness. Dave didn't simply choose to install the water heater in the simplest and quickest way possible for him - Instead, he made sure that the installation met our needs, even though it was more work for him. I note that that this was over the Easter long weekend, when he could have tried to wrap up as quickly as possible to spend time with his loved ones.

I liked cosmopolitan company. They have installed a brand new carrier air conditioner at our house. I would say very prompt and honest service. Product was also excellent and working great. Thanks.
