I am indeed very grateful for the service that I received on June 04,2014 in relation to my tankless hot water system.I sent an email to Mr.Arshad informing him about the problem with the tankless ,I got a reply promptly and service was done as promised. Mr.Arshad,thanks for being genuine and reliable and I really do appreciate what you have done for me and my family.Thanks again.

The technician, Mansoor, did a thorough job and provided advice on optimizing the efficiency and the longevity of the Lennox AC unit. He walked through all the critical parameters he measured on the unit (fan motor amperage, return and supply flow rates, etc.) and how they compared to the target parameters. Very friendly and competent, he continues the tradition of professionalism of Cosmopolitan.

We bought brand new Amana High efficiency furnace from Arshad. The installation process was done by Fred. it took them about six hour to install the new furnace. We are glad that we chose cosmopolatan. We found their people very reliable and hard working. very satisfied with the work.

I have been dealing with cosmopolitan for last 8 years. I have a protection plan with them for furnace and ac. I am very satisfied with the service from cosmopolitan mechanical services. My sales person was Steve. He helped us to chose the right air conditioner for my house. Air conditioner is very quite. and our house is very comfortable now. I would say great people and great product.

Our ductless A/C unit was acting up last summer. Cosmopolitan sent a repair man on two separate occasions and didn't figure out what was wrong with it. It was the end of the summer so I put it off until this spring to research repairing/purchasing two additional units for my home. A sales person came to my home, without any information packets on the products available, and advised me that he would get back to me with options for purchase and repair of my current unit. I never heard back and decided to take my business with another company. No information provided. Didn't fix the issue, A lot of wasted time.

We have bought protection plan for furnace and air conditioner. We think it is a best investment for future. We already called them twice for repair. We did not have to pay. So for it is great. They will come also once a year to clean our system.

I was to call another company to service the A/c and furnace after my last experience with Cosmopolitan.(the mechanic left without servicing as there was no electric supply to the unit, saying my visit is over) when I decided to try one more time on the request of a followup call from Cosmopolitan. Mr Arthar visited us and was a very professional. He called in half hour before arriving, was on time and explained the job he was to do and Why. Gave me some tips to get the best out my machine. I would recommend him without a second thought.

We wanted to install an air conditioner and to replace water tank (which was old and rented). I called over all four compnies, two provided all the information over the phone and two other offered free in home evaluation. Steve (sales representative for Cosmopolitan) was punctual, answered all my questions and gave detailed explanations. Thanks to his explanations we decided to install the tank rather the tankless unit (which probably saved us another $1000). In addition the price was right for us, so we decited to go with Cosmopolitan. The technicians arrived on time, the work was done within the time limits that were initially promissed and they left the site clean. They also took the old tank and returned it on my behalf (and sent me an invoice from the old provider showing that the tank had been returned).

Then my neighbor referred me cosmopolitan but more than this I was inspired by their customer reviews on homestars.I called them in a weekend. Aurthur came on time and he fixed the Air Conditioner after properly diagnosing each and everything. and repaired same day.I highly endorse this company to anyone looking for Air Conditioning solutions.

We started using cosmopolitan about 2 year ago with yearly maintenance plan just $13/pm for our furnaces. That helped us to avoid any sudden breakdown. Our furnaces were up and running smoothly all winter. While our neighbours broke down twice and left without heat for 2 days and had to pay hundreds of dollars for repair. This past week we were looking to replace our 15 years old Air Conditioner, called again cosmopolitan to install a new central AC unit. we got a new carrier unit installed at a very good price.Their installer Beyhan with the team were on-site in the evening upon my request. They do care a lot their existing customers.we already recommend them to our neighbors and definitely will recommend them to all of you.
