I made the right decision to go to cosmopolitan for my A/C replacement project. Fahim came to my house very late of the night upon my request, and gave me a very reasonable pricing, on different models. Fred and the helper installed the A/C very professionally, explained very clearly the procedure. Fred also kindly helped me repair a broken pipe inside the ceiling, that was really a big trouble for me, and definitely now a portion of his responsibilities. Thanks Fred! Very happy with the new A/C now. For sure will recommend Cosmopolitan to others. By the way, I called Cosmopolitan last winter to repair a Furnace malfunction. It was Rafi did the wonderful job! It has been working very well since then. Actually, I found out the same working methodology from the two technicians., they were all very understanding of customer's concerns, so, they all provided very detailed but easy to understand information on the products or service they offered. That's a very great attitude. Thanks!

Every year Hasan Ather comes to do the maintenance for my AC and Furnace. I look forward to his helpful suggestions and insight into the workings of these machines and not only that- he is helpful for suggestions about carbon monoxide detectors and even helped me fix my outdoor hose. I feel the money to maintain these units is well spent.

I've had Ather Hasan out twice now, once for Fall maintenance of my furnace, and once for a Spring tune-up of my A/C. Both times he was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work.

I was reluctant to service my air conditioner, thinking it was only two years old and didn’t need service. I was set up for an appointment with Athar Hasan and at first impression found him extremely courteous calling me to let me know when he expected to arrive. I really dislike that 4 hour window for appointments, so that meant a lot to me that I was able to leave work when he was one hour away. Athar checked the pressures and immediately knew something was plugged. He spent a great deal of time cleaning the debris, dirt and moths from the unit and once in the house, offered some very useful information on furnace and humidifier maintenance, including spending time explaining carbon monoxide detectors, and the best placement for one I had recently purchased. He took the time to do this even though it was well into the evening and he was still getting calls for new appointments. I am sold. I will definitely make a point of combining duct/furnace and air conditioning maintenance in the future, and I will certainly ask for the same Service Technician

Mr. Arshad Sheikh is a wonderful person who is honest to the core. My unit had some micro leak of refrigerant and Arshad took time to analyse and set it ( he had installed it a few years back). Highly recommend the company especially Arshad for the great service.

Very professional service, reliable and knowledgeable. I bought my AC from them 2 years ago - technicians did an excellent install. I continue to use them for annual maintenance servicing. Athar is a very helpful and knowledgeable technician.

I would say excellent work done by cosmopolitan mechanical services. I have taken about five quote. I chose cosmopolitan because there price was the most reasonable. And they have also installed the same furnace at our neighbor house. We are happy with installer Fred and Sales person Paul.
